GGuest UserOverall, it was decent. The breakfast was good and not expensive. The main advantage is its excellent location, right next to the train station, just a few minutes' walk away. The surrounding area is very vibrant and lively at night, with lots of bars, cafes, and even Chinese restaurants. The breakfast area also offers a great view.

GGuest UserWe booked this hotel last minute and it was absolutely brilliant, I decided to have a little trip with the kids while the husband was at work for a day as it was in the summer holidays and it was lovely the breakfast was included, price was good, even the price of the drinks in the evening when we got there my kids are 8, 13 and 14 and the room had a double bed and a sofa bed very comfortable aswell since it was me and my youngest on the sofa bed and that was still very comfortable, we then checked out and had a wonder around Leeds got bk on the train and headed for home and it was a lovely like night away and rather fun considering it was just a last minute up and go ☺️
GGuest UserLovely rooms, welcoming and kind staff in general. However there were some minor things that became a little bit of a concern. For example, leaky shower pipe, worn out shower, fridge in room was great but it didn't really make my drinks cold enough, the window was a bit small making the room not lit up enough during the day, even though the tv had WiFi it wasn't a smart tv and I couldn't connect my phone to it. A bit disappointing because it was a large tv lol
To make things worse, I was trying to order food at the bar and the person asked me to sit down so that he can take my order from the table. I did that, and he never came back even though he was serving customers seated around me. It was awkward and I was almost amused by it. When I left, he asked me ”no food order?” Lol . Anyway, overall it was moderately pleasant would give it 3 out 5

GGuest UserThe room is quite small, so we added a sofa bed. There are four of us in total, two adults and two children. The shower gel in the bathroom was empty and not replaced in time. The TV could only watch live shows. The window was also difficult to close. We went there in April, so I don't know how the air conditioning works. My friend said that the front desk sometimes had a mediocre attitude when they called, and they didn't have a charger or adapter to borrow. Speaking of the advantages, the swimming pool is small, but the children had a lot of fun. I also went to the sauna and steam room, and there are fitness equipment outside. The hotel's breakfast is also a normal English breakfast, and the sausages are a bit oily. The front desk gave two ice cream coupons when I checked in. Three ice cream scoops are quite a lot for a child. In short, this is a very cost-effective hotel.
GGuest UserSUPER FRIENDLY STAFF. GREAT RESTAURANT. AMENITIES WERE GOOD AND ROOM WAS REALLY CLEAN. HOUSE KEEPING STAFF FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. RECEPTION HELPED WITH CAR PARKING. WOULD RECOMMEND AND STAY AGAIN.
NNeil CookeLovely hotel and excellent value if you can book it at the right time. Very luxurious for the price I paid. A little bit out on a limb for access into Leeds city centre but plenty of bars and restaurants in nearby Headingley. The main restaurant at the hotel is quite upmarket but the attached pub The Stables is excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
NNeil CookeNic, clean and comfortable hotel. Ideally situated on the M1 but without the traffic noise. Restaurant a bit limited but there’s more eating places in the services. Bar is a bit pricey, but the staff are fantastic and a credit to the company
AAnonymous UserDisappointing! Stayed at this hotel in the past and felt the standards had dropped. Our room had been set up as a twin . We didn’t complain but someone arrived to change it to a double when we were just enjoying a coffee and relaxing.
The fire alarm went off several times which was unpleasant . We appreciate it needs to be loud but there was obviously a problem with it!
The view from the window was just a view over a concrete roof.
The staff seemed very disinterested when we waited to be seated at breakfast! The coffee machine was broken ( jugs of hot coffee were available)
After breakfast we had intended to relax before leaving but room 118 didn’t allow for this It was directly over a keep fit class with tunes like “ Come on Eileen “ blaring out whilst the instructor sang along!!
GGuest UserVery good hotel and services. Also hists a swimming pool and gym. Parking (for a fee) is also available on site. No secure storage lockers in the rooms. The rooms may have a bath tub rather than shower.
Aangela shanghaiNice hotel, cost-effective, small and clean, the shower room is quite big, but the sound insulation is not very good. After staying for a few days, I had to take taxis both in the morning and in the evening. There seemed to be a school opposite and there was a large green space.
