Amazing
GGuest UserBright, modern hotel in a good location. Huge comfortable bed, large, clean and pleasant room. Shame some of the design aspects hadn,t been thought through - bed too close to wardrobe, making access difficult; power points too far from mirrors so unable to use the hairdryer in front of a mirror. Breakfast facilities were good, and the buffet breakfast was plentiful, though perhaps not of the highest quality. Staff were all very friendly, though those in the breakfast room were a little too enthusiastic - clearing cutlery/crockery while guests are still using it! Overall good, but could easily be so much better.

Amazing
MM484733****The afternoon tea was delicious, and although the room was small, the service was exceptional. It gave me a wonderful, unforgettable experience, but I hope to stay at this hotel again with my dad next time. It was a very comfortable stay for me.

Great
AAnonymous UserLovely overnight stay at Queens for a concert in the city. Location is ideal (attached to the train station). Excellent, friendly staff. Did online check in before arrival which made it quick and simple to collect key card from the reception. The room was spacious and clean with everything you’d need. Limited noise from outside even though the hotel is slap bang in the city centre. Would stay again.

RRealerTheGreatMy 3rd time here. Always the best budget place to stay! Easy access to motorways, huge amount of parking spots! And not to mention, easy access to the service station next to it with Starbucks, McDonald’s, KFC.
Will come again!
GGuest UserStayed for my business Travel.
Hotel are strategically located and easy access to Train and restaurant. In term of room really good for business travel. Solid table and chairs for comfortable working environment in the room.
In term of room service really bad. No response on phone call. They purposely cancelled out the call especially for enquiry with front desk and for room services. Really disappointed.

2. **Nice Location**
”The hotel is located in a great area, close to restaurants and attractions. The room was spacious and well-equipped.”
3. **Good Value**
”Excellent value for the price! The amenities were nice, and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend it.”
CCatrynExcellent location just off the motorway. Spa / pool / gym are great to break up the day. Staff are great, very friendly and helpful. Rooms lovely.
Bar & grill could do with a change of menu. Food choice and standard are both poor. The price also being expensive for what it is. No one asks if everything was ok with any meals. Frequently cold meals / parts of meals. Breakfast buffet was not the best and the hot selection was poor in taste & quality. Not worth £10.
I would stay again but order food in or bring food with me.
AAnonymous UserDisappointing! Stayed at this hotel in the past and felt the standards had dropped. Our room had been set up as a twin . We didn’t complain but someone arrived to change it to a double when we were just enjoying a coffee and relaxing.
The fire alarm went off several times which was unpleasant . We appreciate it needs to be loud but there was obviously a problem with it!
The view from the window was just a view over a concrete roof.
The staff seemed very disinterested when we waited to be seated at breakfast! The coffee machine was broken ( jugs of hot coffee were available)
After breakfast we had intended to relax before leaving but room 118 didn’t allow for this It was directly over a keep fit class with tunes like “ Come on Eileen “ blaring out whilst the instructor sang along!!
BBradleyWe had an overnight stay for dinner and breakfast and were very impressed with the hotel, set in an old Manor House which is well maintained to keep the original style alive.
The food was nice and the experience was great even despite the original restaurant room being closed for refurbishments.
The bar is set in the Manor House’s drawing room which made for a nice setting after having dinner in the evening.
Overall it was a very nice stay and was reasonably priced for what was on offer and we hope to stay again!
GGuest UserPoor customer service.
There is an info in the room that taxi can be booked at reception desk. We went to reception and the staff member only pointed at the phone numbers and told us we could book it ourselves. She didn’t even get up from her chair or come over to assist us .
Room only ok, lots of dust in the bathroom ventilation vent
