Lots of places to eat and drink outside and by the
canal. Great room, very clean, comfy bed, lovely views, quiet. Love the Sky Lounge, staff are really helpful and friendly, my favourite hotel in Leeds.

GGuest UserIt was an amazing stay, enjoyed it, though for a day. The room was spacious, bathroom was clean and well organized, the bed was comfortable, soft and very welcoming I didn't want to wake up for check out. Will definitely return. Had pasta in the restaurant and that was not good at all. Needs improvement.

GGuest UserPark plaza is an exceptional service provider, excellent amenities, cleanliness is top-notch, its sound proofed, no noise, its a relaxing ambient, the chef and menu is delicious, ordered room service and it was very palatable and delicious!! Location is prime to the center and my event. Staff were amazing. Their contact system is top notch too. Loved it and had a beautiful one night. Hope to return again.

GGuest UserWe arrived by train so it was crucial that it was literally a few minutes walk from the railway station and it was in the city centre which was ideal for us.
Gino D'Acampo restaurant was good quality at reasonable price.
Room was spacious and quiet. It had a safe, large TV, tea/coffee, refrigerator, walk in shower (no climbing over a bath)
Minimal contact with staff but where we did interact they were pleasant, polite and helpful.

GGuest UserThis was mine & my daughter’s second visit to the hotel, the first time was excellent on all counts. This time sadly the breakfast wasn’t very good, the sausages, eggs & hash browns were luke warm & tasted like they had been sat there for quite a while, so we ended up leaving that food. Also, sadly, the two coffee machines were out of order so we just had to have instant coffee.
Our room was lovely & spacious though & the reception staff were nice & friendly. The hotel is in a good location for walking into the city centre.

LLadyMarahGreat location,very quiet peaceful area beautiful room and very clean I lived it . But my stay would have been better if everything had gone smoothly I Just had a problem with the hotel asking for a deposit and not accepting cash for it , I do understand policies are different but after a 12hour flight plus 3 hour train ride all I needed was to get my room and rest but I had to sit for over 20 plus minutes trying to figure out what to do with my situation.I suggest they should be more accommodating and attentive to different situations and customers circumstances rather than just saying we don’t accept this and not willing to find a solution to help. Later on after about 30 minutes or so a very nice friendly manager came to my rescue and found a solution .which could have been done in the first place than having a customer wait for long because someone else is not willing to budge and understand a situation and find a solution.

RRealerTheGreatMy 3rd time here. Always the best budget place to stay! Easy access to motorways, huge amount of parking spots! And not to mention, easy access to the service station next to it with Starbucks, McDonald’s, KFC.

GGuest UserOur stay was pleasant at best. The staff were very helpful but the hotel itself was not the best. We asked for a family room but the sofa bed meant for the 2 kids was barely big enough and was sunk in the middle which meant the kids kept rolling into the middle. The telephone for reception did not work. The small pool was cordoned off and the pool cues had no cue tip so we could not play with them despite having put our money in. You have to book a time slot for swimming (something I was not made aware of till we got to the pool) so again disappointed and had to come up with an alternative plan. The breakfast was delicious though however far cheaper if booked the night before - something I was kit aware until I asked. Overall, not our favourite trip.

NNeil CookeLovely hotel and excellent value if you can book it at the right time. Very luxurious for the price I paid. A little bit out on a limb for access into Leeds city centre but plenty of bars and restaurants in nearby Headingley. The main restaurant at the hotel is quite upmarket but the attached pub The Stables is excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
