It says they have a swimming pool, but they don’t. Room was newly decorated so better than most of the older rooms. Good for an overnight stay.

Lovely hotel and excellent value if you can book it at the right time. Very luxurious for the price I paid. A little bit out on a limb for access into Leeds city centre but plenty of bars and restaurants in nearby Headingley. The main restaurant at the hotel is quite upmarket but the attached pub The Stables is excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

The reception service is good and warm. The heating in the room is a bit insufficient. I hope it can be hot. The hotel does not allow takeaways, and he will remind you kindly. But it seems that there is nothing wrong with eating.

I have stayed a couple of time. Easy to get to town centre by bus(bus stop is just outside of premises gate). Comfortable room and staff service.
Room is clean and comfort but better clear a bit more thoroughly in bath, I found dirt in bath plug when I pulled bath plug. EV charger is also good, although slow one(3kwh). Overall is good. I will stay again.

Very good 3 star hotel but could be a 4 star with little attention to detail. Pros: 1. Clean and functional. 2. Comfortable bed and quiet overnight. 3. Convive restaurant had nice lunch and manager attentive/friendly. 4. Stables pub staff friendly. 5. Lovely grounds. Cons: 1. Radio streamed thoughout hotel complex so had speakers booming 'DJ chat' outside/below on arrival in room 158. Fortunately this had stopped by time we went to bed but not needed (especially if you sat in Stables pub and also have t.v playing!). 2. Luke warm reception on arrival. 3. Stingy in terms of room facilities (one biscuit and one coffee sachet for 2 of us and no shower gel/conditioner). Same for other room.

Hotel is 25 minutes drive from the city centre if the traffic is clear- out of rush hour. Lovely setting shame they haven’t made the most of the building and load music blaring outside when you turn up Rooms are nice, slightly old fashioned but good, same for the bathroom. No AC so windows open. Breakfast was average staff helpful, overall ok for the price

This place is by far the best hotel in the area. Friendly staff, adequate rooms and restaurant. The restaurant is a little limited in offering but very good.
