It says they have a swimming pool, but they don’t. Room was newly decorated so better than most of the older rooms. Good for an overnight stay.

Lovely hotel and excellent value if you can book it at the right time. Very luxurious for the price I paid. A little bit out on a limb for access into Leeds city centre but plenty of bars and restaurants in nearby Headingley. The main restaurant at the hotel is quite upmarket but the attached pub The Stables is excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

The reception service is good and warm. The heating in the room is a bit insufficient. I hope it can be hot. The hotel does not allow takeaways, and he will remind you kindly. But it seems that there is nothing wrong with eating.

Excellent food and superb service. Waiting staff couldn't do enough for us. Really good value for money. Would definitely recommend. Relaxed a**osphere with warm lighting in the restaurant. Mixture of comfy sofas with coffee tables and more formal tables and chairs. The afternoon tea looked superb.

My first time at this restaurant. Met a friend for lunch and had the 3 course fixed lunch time menu which had both excellent choice and was great value for money. The food was superb and the service was excellent, the staff were so friendly. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel and lovely staff....my daughter & I were visiting friends and attended the Abba tribute evening. Lovely food and great service. Breakfast was good both mornings. Visited the Stables Pub on Sunday evening and had some nice food. The only negative is I wanted to the weekend to last longer so we could spend more time with our friends.

I stayed as part of the Emmerdale Weekend, I have been coming here years, always the same room! Here is my review! Room carpet looks grubby, needs a clean! Light switches dirty! Room very tired looking, £90 a night I expected more! Breakfast was good! But no veggie sausages! Why are vegetarians left out? Evening meal, was the size of a starter, pic attached! On the plus side Wine prices not bad! Tracy in the breakfast restaurant is a star! Reception guy, with pony tail also a star!

Got upgraded on arrival and room was lovely . Quiet with a view to front of hotel and driveway . Wedding in progress but we would not have known as no noise . Staff lovely and polite . Excellent breakfast .
