Accidentally booked the wrong date, refused to change date and took my money. I will never stay in a Doubletree hotel again

This is the hotel I stay at every time I come to Leeds. The room is very clean and big. The front desk check-in is also very fast. It is also very close to the train station and not too far from the city center. It's just that I'm a little scared to walk back at night. It would be better with a companion. There are also many delicious foods nearby. You can have a drink downstairs at night. It's very chill. Generally speaking, staying in Doubletree in the UK is relatively cost-effective and it's not hard to go wrong.

Stay here a lot and consistently good. Lovely rooms and very clean, especially bathrooms. Great water pressure too! Comfy beds and good selection of channels on tv.
Good selection at breakfast and friendly attentive staff throughout.
Only minor grumble was the lifts on this stay. Took ages for them to arrive and always very busy because of this. It was a Saturday though.

Newley refurbished with excellent beds and pillows. The greating and ease of service was excellent with friendly staff in the upstairs bar and restaurant. Definately book here again.

Hotel was a good location as I was travelling by train but roadworks prevented me from getting there quickly. Room was clean and adequate for my stay.
