The location is very good, close to the city center, very quiet, and the surrounding environment is beautiful! I like it and will stay here next time. After this trip to the UK, I fell in love with this brand of hotel.

Decent enough hotel, if not. Bit impersonal. Situated a short walk from the city centre, so plenty of choice for eating if the hotel menu doesn’t appeal. Tbh, at the price of food in the hotel, the short walk into Leeds is probably a better bet. The room was small but clean and comfortable. Prices vary considerably but if you can book at the right time, can be pretty good value for money. Parking is confusing, with the staff not sure if the spaces outside are free to guests, or if you have to use a car park and 8 minute walk away at a discounted price.

The room was basic compared to the Glasgow hotel we stayed in the week before and the breakfast was ok . The tv only had a few stations that worked, I will try another hotel next time.

Cleanliness is good. Room is a bit small. Staff attitude is very good. Overall good
The geographical environment is excellent. It is close to Leeds’ train and bus station and can be reached within ten minutes’ walk.

I am quite satisfied with the hotel. I made a mistake. I should have booked a twin room, but I booked a double room by mistake. It was actually a double room. I hope Ctrip can mark it more clearly.
