Premier Inn Leeds City Centre (Wellington Street)

Excellent experience all round - clean and comfortable room; delicious breakfast thanks to chef Daniel and brilliant service from Tracey on reception. Thank you all - I know where I will be staying next time I am in Leeds! The taxi service was very easy to use as well.

The hotel was not as central as we expected and finding the entrance was challenging, basically the main entrance is 'at the back'. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the breakfast good. Unfortunately I was unable to access WiFi in my room and the young cowman on reception was unhelpful - saying mothing could be done, the WiFi in this hotel is very hit and miss and she can't know which rooms actually get it. Very annoying. The welcome on arrival and bar service by this same woman was very unhelpful too. All other staff were delightful. I would not choose this hotel again due to the WiFi problem.

Location is spot on for getting into Leeds city centre and to the theatre is only a 5 min drive too. Booked 2 months in advance to make sure there was enough space for 4 of us however we were met with 2 beds, one double and one single for 2 children and 2 adults. Poor children had to top and tail a single bed :( we were also only given 2 towels despite asking for more. The room when we arrived was half broken, the bathmat was dirty as was the toilet, the lock on the bathroom door was broken and the door its self didn’t even close. We tried to open the curtains and one rail completely just came off and hit one of the children on the head so she’s left with a bit of a bump :( I’d imagine it was just the particular room but I am slightly upset

We have stayed here before so when we were due back to leeds this hotel was our first option. You know exactly what your going to get with a premier inn. Comfy bed and spotless room. It was nice to see lindsay and brooke still here although breakfast was busy they still found time to chat with us. All the staff here are so friendly.

Parked on the carpark of the hotel managed by Horizon Parking, supposedly had security staff, vehicle door drilled around 9.30 pm!

Stayed here many times and always a friendly atmosphere and everyone is really helpful. Checking in at reception is always easy and stress free. Thanks Lyndsey, Rachel & Brooke. Rooms are always immaculate and the beds are so comfy. Thanks housekeeping team. Laney on breakfast is always friendly and gets anything needed for breakfast. Thanks to everyone for making my stays stress free and 100% recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the Premier Inn in Wellington Street Leeds City Centre, all staff were excellent but one specific lady stood out the most, Claire who works in the kitchen helped with our Grsndchildren, she was so helpful and very friendly. We will definitely be returning
