We stayed in this hotel just after our wedding, it’s very obvious the hotel isn’t what it used to be. First there was no direct entrance to the hotel as it was closed due to road works. We were not aware of this despite booking in advance, the hotel phone number was not working and the phone in our room was not even connected. So I had to wait in the car in a side street in my bridal dress until we could figure out a way to get to the hotel. Something that was supposed to be a smooth check in was very time consuming. We tried calling them directly and their phone wasn’t working, staff all seemed to have no idea what was going on with the phone as they all had different stories.
When my husband went to check in they were insistent we needed to pay even though we already paid online? The girl dealing with him at first was very rude and it wasn’t until her manager got there that they realized we had prepaid.
The location is great there’s an exit straight into the train station, but I would give this a 3 star at most. Not worth the high price.

The hotel is in a prime location, very close to the train station. There is a passageway to the train station at the back door of the hotel. The train station is right outside the hotel. Opposite the hotel gate is a square, where many people have a drink at the coffee bar. We all walked to the main attractions in Leeds, which are all more than 10 minutes away. The hotel lobby is elegantly decorated in a retro style. The front desk is relatively small in a small corner. The lady at the front desk and an uncle have a very good service attitude and a smile. The service attitude of the white British people is really good, but the facilities in the room are relatively simple. The room is very small, and there is not even a shelf for the suitcase. It is very inconvenient to take things. The pillow on the bed was found to have a light pink blood-like thing when I got up the next morning. It's really disgusting! The room door couldn't be opened at breakfast the next day. I repeatedly went from the door of the room to the front desk but it didn't open. The lady at the front desk followed up and didn't open it either. The lady called again and told her that the door card or lock was broken. Finally, the lady went down to get a key to open the door. The lady waited at the door of the room, and was forced to check out after hurriedly packing things. This is the first time I have encountered such an embarrassing and embarrassed scene in decades of staying in a hotel. The accommodation experience in Leeds this time is poor!

The hotel is in a great location. You can find the hotel right after you get out of the train station. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to some tourist spots. The breakfast tastes good, but there are not many varieties. It is still a very satisfactory stay

Beauitful hotel, very clean. The room was big and clean. The facilities provided are everything you can ask for. Brilliant location very central to city centre. Excellent location to train station. Staff are very friendly, helpful, and polite. Breakfast was very tasty. Lots of selection from conitendal to hot food. Would highly recommend paying the extra to stay at The Queens.

Fabulous stay. This is my second time. Location is marvellous and the staff are fantastic.
The coffee in the cafe is lovely couldn't get enough of it and the girl servicing top marks.

This is the second time I have chosen to stay, because Tanqu is isolated at the train station, and it can be reached in one minute after getting off the train. It is very convenient to visit from the hotel. I will stay at The Queens Hotel next time
