整體感覺就是個快捷酒店。
首先是地理位置，距離利茲火車站大約步行二十多分鐘，處於利茲的城郊結合部，一個高架橋從二三樓窗户外面通過，對面類似是工廠倉庫，環境感覺很破落。
前台寄存行李，全程是自己在物品架搬上搬下，沒有任何人搭手幫助。
房間裏面與隔壁中間有個有一扇門，應該本來是相通的，晚上入住的時候，打開這個門，裏面黑乎乎的，很恐怖。
所謂的三人間，那個沙發長太軟了，有點兒像是鋼絲床，早上睡醒腰疼不得了。
需要拖鞋牙刷和水，給前台打電話不能提供，想買可以，自己來前台現金買，不能送到房間。前後幾天在倫敦和愛丁堡住的也是希爾頓酒店，這些用品都可以打電話送來房間，免費的。
早餐品種很少，味道很一般或者説不太好，而且補充不及時，常常是空的。
12點退房了延遲一個小時10元
總之就是很差的一次希爾頓體驗。
