Second visit here now and both times the staff have willingly gone out of their way to be helpful which is rare in my experience. Good breakfast too which again is rare. The only hotel we'll be staying at in Leeds from now on.

I usually stay at slightly cheaper hotels than this when travelling for work, but saw this at a reasonable price. It’s a grand old place that is comfortable with great amenities. The decor is a bit 90s, but not too bad. I was very happy :)

This is my favourite hotel in Leeds ,ideal location,right near the train station,staff are so friendly and welcoming,breakfast is always great,gorgeous features,our room was lovely and was upgraded from a superior twin to a double,won’t stay anywhere else

Simple room with everything you need. Great location close to train station and decently priced. Shame there was no mention of the renovations outside, but otherwise a lovely building.

The lobby attendant is kind and polite, and takes the initiative to help with luggage🧳
The room is big enough, and it's no problem to open two 25-inch suitcases at the same time.
The shower head is powerful and the hot water flows continuously. I can finally enjoy the cold water one night.
However, the hotel’s exterior wall was repaired during my stay, so it might be a little difficult to wake up naturally...

Fab stay thank you! Friendly staff who go above and beyond , coffee/tea/hot chocolate and pastries on tap comfy beds what more could a girl ask for! Definitely enjoyed my stay that much thad I ended up expending the trip by one more day. Perfect location too- not too far from town but then also next door to quite a few restaurants and takeaways. I would most definitely stay again.

great location, in 10 minutes walking distance from Leeds Train Station,with shopping centre, restaurants , pubs around. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Room is a little bit crowded but clean.

Very nice hotel, great location in the middle of the city. Very clean spacious room with good size bathroom with excellent shower. The only drawback was being situated on the fifth floor and the lift was out of order! Could have used the service lift at a push.
