Ich würde gerne mit euch meine Erfahrung teilen... Ich war vom 8.02 bis zum 10.02.2023 im Hotel Sophien-Cafe in Leer. Ich hatte extrem unangenehme Situation gehabt. Ich habe zufällig die Glühbirne in der Nachttischlampe kaputt gemacht. Habe das Personal informiert und wollte diese erstatten. Aber das Hotel hat den Preis der ganzen Lampe von mir verlangt! So was habe ich noch nie erlebt! Unverschämt!!! Das Hotel befindet sich an der sehr gut befahrenen Straße und deshalb ist es sehr laut im Zimmer, wenn man dieses lüften will. Und das Zimmer muss ständig gelüftet werden, weil es total nach Plastik riecht. Die Matratzen waren extrem hart und unbequem. Die Wände sind sehr dünn und man hört die Nachbarn sehr gut. Das Bad ist relativ alt und der Abfluss war verstopft. Wenn ich minus Sterne vergeben könnte - würde ich machen! Und hier ist die Antwort vom Hotel:
