"My only suggestion is that they should at least send the check-in instructions a day in advance. The main door has a passcode then when you get inside a computer for self-check-in will provide the key. The computer cannot find your reservation details unless its already 3pm. Maybe the machine is not programmed well enough to set the activation time of the key unlike in other hotels that key cards are activated for 3pm til 11am. Unless this is improved, it is important to send them a message if you are arriving before 3pm; even if its 2:30pm!"
