Very clean and friendly staff!

We arrived right at 3pm and was checked in immediately. We got up to our room and began to settle in, when we realized that our AC unit was not working properly. The maintenance worker said he would be right up, however, we told him to finish what he was working on at the time. He was up to our room within 10 minutes. He tried a few different things with the AC unit to no avail. He walked my husband down to the front desk to let them know that we would need to be moved. We were moved to a different room, that worked out much better for our family. The staff was very apologetic but we were so happy with how they handled the situation. We have reservations to stay at this location again later this month. I know that if we have ANY issues, the staff will handle it immediately and with a smile on their face!

This is the only place we have stayed every year for the last six years since visiting family there in Leesburg. The staff is always extremely nice and accommodating. Everything is always clean. It’s also right across the parking lot from a great little restaurant called Ramshackle  that has some of the best wings I’ve ever tasted. The only issue I have with this trip is the elevator broke down when we were leaving so we had to carry the luggage down the stairs but other than that, a great stay as usual.

The room was perfect and clean.i was visiting my 9 year old daughter and she loved the room as well.the only thing I say is the 100$ deposit just incase damages is a bit extensive.if you are on a tight budget I would look else where first that doesn't require so much of a deposit incase of damages.overall I enjoyed my stay with my daughter there and look forward in the future to stay there again when I'm visiting my daughter

The hotel facilities are old-fashioned but very clean ~ free parking ~ convenient for eating around 5 minutes drive ~ the room is not big, no extra bed twin room feels like it can sleep 4 adults ~ American breakfast is just enough to eat ~ service staff is very nice
