PLEASE READ!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! Be very careful if you decide to book with this place. They are listed on several sites which I will also be leaving reviews on as well. I booked with AirBnB but unfortunately had to cancel my trip due to military conflicts at the moment. They will not refund your money if you cancel. They will tell you to contact AirBnB to have refund if so they don’t get screwed sending two refunds. This is just a ploy and a lead on. They will tell you several times that they will be happy to send a refund to you but never will and constantly say that AirBnB has denied it, yet they will deny paying you a refund when you request one from them. They are perfectly happy to take $600 from you without providing a service. They will say that their should have been two refund policies at the time of booking (there was not for my dates) and once again say AirBnB messed up and to contact them to get a refund but will deny the refund when AirBnB reaches out to them. After Olly will respond that he personally confirms his vacation days before booking (how that is anything like needing an itinerary and to submit a foreign travel request to be allowed to travel, I have not a clue). Not sure why his personal judgement upon how a vacation should be planned has anything to do with refunding my $600….. This is a management company and they say that is what the property owner wants for their policies, but if you go to *********** it says they have free cancellation for their cancellation policy. Be very careful when dealing with such a shady place. Especially if you are military! They are happy to steal your money. The two property managers that have been messaging me are Sam and Olly FYI.
