Premier Inn Leicester Fosse Park

Sadly not a great stay, holes in the carpet, the bath had bits floating in it and the wall light was falling off the wall if you tried to turn it on.

Went with my husband and 3 kids, we booked two rooms. They gave us one upstairs and one downstairs and one room had two single beds. My family was separated 😕, try to see if they could change but was told nothing can be done about it.

We've stayed here numerous times over the years but this time there are lots of problems. 1) no disabled parking spaces so had to park right around the back, cars in disabled bay with no badge shown, reported to reception and told nothing they can do (what is the point of the sign on the door telling us to report it) 🤷‍♀️. 2) no spare pillows apparently in the whole building (seriously), so 1 pillow each when I have breathing problems 😡. 3) mattress is appalling and so uncomfortable, dips at the top. 4) no sockets by bed which is very important to me because I use a sleep apnoea machine.

The whole place very tired and not very clean , there was excrement on the floor and walk in one toilet ,dirty carpets and stains Asked for a medium steak was well done no one asked if the food was ok Staff smoking outside on steps at hotel entrance. Quite rude to my children

We really enjoyed our stay here again. We have stayed once before and knew we had to come back. The staff are so helpful and friendly, we asked for extra pillows and they provided us with them straight the way. Yes the rooms aren’t as up to date as most premier inns but the staff make up for it!!!

we had a great stay for the price.... checked in and out no problems front desk very polite... The room and bathroom were nice and clean and the pillows were super comfy......, would definitely stay again when in Leicester......,...........

I had a great time over the past weekend at this location and the front desk was lovely and was able to help me out with finding the city! Would recommend to anyone! Arguably better than the london shard, this location is perfect for families and a nice weekend

No phone signal. Terrible WiFi. No reception staff and when there was they weren't very helpful at all. Got woken up early morning to construction work at the hotel. No local amenities in the area except a tesco and petrol station.

Stayed one night at Fosse Park. Having stayed at many PI’s I had a reasonable expectation that the hotel would be up to their usual standards. Arrived at 3pm check in time to be told the room wasn’t ready. Told to sit and have a drink ( not complimentary) so that was £8 before even getting to the room. The restaurant area was ok, clean and presentable but as we found out the rest of the hotel was clean but very dowdy and tired. Our room 332 needed a proper paint job. The hotel is not good if you are disabled as the lift to floors is tiny and I doubt you’d get a wheelchair and carer in there. Carpets were worn through in places and needed replacing. I’d guess that with the lack of disabled access and the poor decor that this is one of the first PI’s to open. Parking is good but the outside has a very uninspiring look to it where again it’s got a real need of an uplift. Location is fine and if you just need an overnight it does the job. Real impression was a hotel that caters for lots of contractors. WiFi is the usual standard (not worth the bother) or premium which obviously you have to pay for.
