Good location, good breakfast, the hotel has a charging station for trams, and the supermarket is basically 5 minutes away

The lady at the reception was amazing, had power issues in the first allotted room, in a quick time frame maintenance guy reached and they also complemented me with breakfast. Quick and efficient management!

Cozy and clean room and nice services for us making me book it again:) ooh, there are free parking which is much easier for family tourists. Very nice for kids.

The inconvenience of cleaning time knocking on the door on you while you sleep Do you want to clean or not! There is no card to be placed on the door for those who wanted to clean or sleep, there is only one type of tea, and the hotel does not have soundproofing

Hotel was lovely and clean, would stay again… but the food on the other hand was terrible and would never eat there again… too expensive and looks like they shop at Iceland.

Attended over 4 days for a family wedding - most of the family all on same floor so we had a great stay. Room was absolutely fine for me , enough space but pillows were awful and didn't get 1 good nights rest! Staff were friendly and attentive, big shout out to Scott! He was an absolute star and so much of the family said he was so friendly and helpful - asset to your team..... Food was really good too - bar options and restaurant, would stay again if in the area.
