Hotel is right in the centre of town in what used to be a department store (Fenwicks). Lots of bars, restaurants, shopping and history nearby (I grew up in Leicester). Staff were friendly and helpful and let us check in 3 hours early. Had a room in the smaller side building which was clean and bright but was quite overlooked by other rooms. The rooms opposite had curtains but we had roll down blinds so it was a choice between privacy and natural light - I hope they can remedy this. Hotel is very new and some small touches are still missing, such as a shelf in the shower for body wash and shampoo. Gym is well-equipped with a Smith machine, cables and a bench. I will definitely stay here again but hope they can make some small adjustments to make a great stay truly incredible!

It is very strange that my room only has a mini window without curtains and it is facing the sky. This prevented me from taking naps and my body clock was completely disrupted. Terribly bad network.
I don't know where to throw the trash.
