Run down dump, there is no way on this earth that this hotel is a 3-star. Bathroom taps don’t work, graffiti everywhere and the breakfast isn’t worth eating. Also, rooms are rented by the local councils for the homeless, I noticed a few room users are high and intoxicated. Couldn’t wait to leave. Only stayed as it was too late to book anywhere else and we were refused a refund.

This hotel is quite possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed in. After just recently returning from the Four Seasons in the Maldives I can honestly say this hotel is on par if not better. Everything from the luxurious bedding to the immaculate bathroom. The free bath robes and toiletries from Elemis was an added bonus. The staff were incredibly helpful. They couldn’t do enough and the breakfast was the best I have ever had. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I will certainly be back.
