We had our wedding at The City rooms Leicester this past weekend. Right from the sales with Naomi and to the very end, it was as beautiful as we imagined. Olivia was just exceptional through the whole process of planning, changes and so many adjustments to the plan. She was ever so professional and so calming which is what you need with wedding stress. On our special day, Olivia was so reassuring and made sure everything was so perfect. Our guests kept complementing on the food and the venue. We are so thankful and would recommend the city rooms to our family and friends.

So so happy with this venue! We had our wedding reception here and the staff and service was absolutely perfect. I cannot thank Paris and the team enough. The rooms were cosy and the location was perfect. Great for either an event or just a place to stay if you're in Leicester city centre

Great venue, staff and accommodation. Beth was so helpful with the booking process & all the way leading up to our event. Highly recommend this stunning venue for any event. The ballroom is amazing, great location too & the bar is lovely for guests to grab a drink.

My room was so cold, radiators were not turned on. I turned them on, but not heating up. Luckily my colleague was unable to come so I went to his room

Old building, spacious rooms, very cold in winter and during frost, heating not enough, otherwise clean sheets and room, self checkin, parking available in city center with secured gates, overall good stay, I would consider it again bit not during winter!

Gorgeous location in the heart of Leicester's city centre. I have been away on a business trip and am very pleased with my stay at the City Rooms. If I am ever in the area, I am definitely booking in again! Thank you.
