Very average hotel. The room was not clean. The room was also cold and could not be heated to a pleasant temperature. The shower made the entire bathroom soaking wet and could not be adjusted, the upstairs smelled of sewage. The breakfast was sufficient. We're not going back.

An ok hotel. We had a great offer and everything was there, clean and a good breakfast! The price/quality was absolutely good. Furthermore, the hotel is in a top location in the middle of the city! We had a wonderful time in beautiful Leiden!

Simple boring room. The hallway smelled like sewer. Bathroom fan was on all night, couldn't find how to turn it off. A night lamp was broken and absent. Curtain was loose. Very friendly staff. Centrally located in the center

Wij verbleven hier één nachtje. De kamer was schoon en het bed en de douche waren goed. Dat is voor ons het belangrijkste. Wel was het hotel verouderd en sober. Ook maar 2 stopcontacten op de kamer, waarvan geen één in de buurt van het bed. Ontbijt oké. Personeel wel erg vriendelijk en de locatie is top. Wij kwamen voor een bezoek aan vrienden, maar voor een langere stedentrip zou ik iets met meer comfort en sfeer kiezen.

Stayed for one night as part of a cycling holiday. Hotel is an old building. I’d say that whilst it has basic amenities, it has real character and was good to stay for one night. Great location for walking into Leiden. Breakfast was nice and the welcome from reception was friendly.

BW Leiden is well located in the city and is close to the canals and central city area. That is where it stops... the hotel is tired, it needs refurbishment and a sole. There isn't even a picture on the wall in our room. It feels a bit like cell block H. It does have air conditioning in the room and tea making facilities A place to stop the night only...

Hotel un po’ bruttino. Letto scomodissimo, non siamo proprio riusciti a dormire. Arredamento spartano. Non credo sia un 3 stelle. La posizione è invece centralissima, quindi si raggiunge tutto in pochissimo tempo.Colazione ok, niente di speciale.

Perfect location for exploring Leiden. Staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful during our stay. Nice room and lovely breakfast. As recommended by the hotel staff, we used the Haagweg parking which was very easy with fast dropoff and pickups from the hotel. Would definitely recommend to others.

Hotel is oud en grote delen zijn aan vervanging toe, op de comfort kamer ontbreekt het aan comfort en het hotel is erg gehorig. Het ontbijt waar je behoorlijk voor moet betalen is niet al te best. Avonds voor 23 u moet je doorgeven wat je wil hebben. Keuze uit ei of zoetigheid. Gewoon brood is niet te krijgen. Het ‘ontbijt’ word de volgende dag bezorgd in het restaurant, compleet met Houten bestek en al. Echt vreselijk. Zonde van het geld
