房間很好，陽台超級大，可以看到苗寨全景。管家大華服務很到位，從接待開始熱情周到，看到我們家有老年人，還温馨提示晚上泡腳。下午提供了下午茶，晚上還有夜宵。
特別要説的是白天下雨，他們還告知我們有包車服務。可以直接送我們到西門停車場，真是方便我們行人，管家大華的服務讓我們很感動，謝謝了！

服務自然且熱情，管家拉拉提前一天和我聯繫並加了微信，之後在整個入住過程中有求必應，特此表揚。其他的服務員，比如前台和幫忙提行李的帥哥，個個也都特別好。
我家二娃特別喜歡贈送的瑤浴，泡了半小時還不肯起來。酒店“大堂”的鞦韆，也是她的最愛。整個環境挺適合發呆的。還有免費的苗族服飾體驗，但是衹允許在酒店內拍攝，不能帶出去。另外房間大小，離70平米的感覺，有點不相符。
