"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. When we checked in they upgraded our room to a business suite. This was so unexpected and we loved it! It was so comfortable and provide the perfect amount of space so when one needed to work in the evening, the other person wasn’t disturbed. The en-suite bathroom was fantastic - the dual vanity was perfect for both of us to get ready at the same time. Also, it had a massive bathtub and separate shower- great for those who might want to unwind after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and it had great sound proofing. The only drawback was that the AC didn’t work well in the suite- even though we tried to lower the temperature, we weren’t able to bring it lower than 25 degrees. As it is summer, being able to lower the AC would have been helpful as it did get a little stuffy in the room at night. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. From recommendations on how to visit several of the villages we were interested in going to, to recommendations for specific Guizhou dishes to try at the night market, they were so kind and pleasant. The day we checked out it was pouring. The staff were kind enough to lend us umbrellas so we could go for a short walk to get coffee before our trip to the train station. The facilities were great and well maintained. A good really gym with lots of equipment / treadmills/ weights etc so you could work out. It closes at 11pm (as does the laundry). They only have 2 washer/ dryer combinations so while laundry is free to do, it could take a while as the shortest wash cycle was approximately 30 min, and then you still had to factor in dry time (as it’s the same machine). The hotel is located in the center area so there are lots of shops, and huge underground mall, night market, parks, cafe and bakery all within walking distance. As it’s centrally located, it’s very easy for didi to find/ schedule pick up. We loved our time in Kaili and our stay at this hotel. We will definitely return for a second visit!"

"I had originally booked a guesthouse that was highly rated and quite expensive. The host even added me on WeChat, but I just felt like the service wasn't great – their formal, official tone was annoying. So, I canceled that booking last minute and decided on this place instead. I truly didn't expect such a wonderful surprise! My stay here completely exceeded expectations. The hotel's location is fantastic; I could lie in bed and see the entire Miao village, offering expansive, healing views everywhere. Every photo I took turned out beautifully. What impressed me most was the incredibly thoughtful and personalized service. I didn't have to worry about my luggage at all; from check-in to check-out, they proactively helped carry it and even took it directly to the shuttle, completely saving me the fatigue of lugging heavy bags around. I even changed into a Miao costume and got a bit lost on the way back, but a staff member immediately came to pick me up. The staff were all so gentle and attentive, patiently responding to every request, big or small. The attention to detail really showed how much they cared, making the whole experience relaxing and comfortable. It truly made traveling and sightseeing effortless and worry-free. If you're coming here for a vacation, you absolutely won't be disappointed. I've already recommended it to several friends – booking this place is a surefire win! They prepared afternoon tea, offered a sweet goodnight soup in the evening, and the breakfast was equally exquisite. There was absolutely no sense of cutting corners; I was genuinely touched by their sincerity. I really love this hotel. In the future, if I ever see this hotel's name while traveling, I will definitely book it again. I hope the owner's business flourishes and they open more branches. I also want to thank the staff who helped me with my luggage; the weather was really hot, and picking up and dropping off people in this area must be very tiring. Check out the photos – I didn't explore the Miao village much because I'm too lazy and just wanted to relax at the hotel, so all my pictures are taken either in the room or right outside the hotel."

"We stayed 3 nights in Leli Villa. The best part was the prompt butler services - they helped us arranged a shared transport to & fro 镇远古城 which is 135km away. In addition, picked up and dropped off at 凯里南站 were provided. Breakfast was sumptuous; daily fruits, afternoon tea and nightly desserts were also provided. We could feel their sincerity in making their guest's stay comfortably. Aesthetically, the hotel"s decor was nice. However, the worst part was the bathroom. There was no place at all to hang your towel nor clothes. There was a big bathtub placed in the room which was not essential. I would rather have a nice couch or another table for us to place our stuff. Light switches behind the bed were unreachable and we had to on/off lights near door entrance."

"Upon entering the room, the view was absolutely stunning. So beautiful! The entire room was smart-controlled. Sitting on the balcony enjoying the scenery was incredibly relaxing. The hotel even provided a smart kettle, along with purified water and tea. All the toiletries were disposable, which was a thoughtful touch. They also introduced us to the local Miao culture, special snacks, and tourist attractions. The owner was very meticulous, and the service was excellent. Staying at this hotel was definitely a great choice, no regrets!"

"Bringing children to Xijiang to play, I am most afraid of climbing steps, so I choose to live outside the stockade and play in the stockade. The homestay is next to the west gate. There is no need to carry the stroller up the mountain. The housekeeper helps with luggage and carts throughout the process. The room is very quiet, will not be noisy by the ancient street, the bedding is soft, the hot water is stable and sufficient. The terrace has a wide view, the child is lying by the window to see the scenery, the boss also carefully prepares children's slippers, small snacks, recommending gentle terraced trails for children to walk. The sanitary details are full, the corners are cleaned, the facilities are brand new and safe, the small intelligent control is very easy to use, the homestay can be said to be very complete, even the weight scale is placed, the pillow is very comfortable to sleep, this is the first choice for traveling with the baby!"

We need to walk upstairs but the view from the hotel is really nice. It is close to Bridge no 5 & 6. So it is convenient for us to walk down to the night market. "The service was excellent, especially Xiao Yu who helped us with our luggage. He carried our bags all the way to the car trunk and even helped with our backpacks. The same young man helped us when we arrived! We're so grateful! The guesthouse location is pretty good, close to the observation deck, in an alley, not right on the main road. The room's balcony view is incredibly beautiful. The only downside is that it's quite noisy; there's singing until midnight, so it's not ideal if you go to bed early. Also, they only provide two bottles of mineral water, and an extra one costs 4 yuan. Can't they be a bit more generous?"

"## Service A massive shout-out to our butler, Huanhuan! She truly went above and beyond! She's a wonderful young lady, incredibly thoughtful and attentive. She provided seamless pick-up and drop-off service throughout our stay, even coming to the main entrance of the scenic area to collect us and help with our luggage! It's important to know that reaching Miaozhai requires taking a shuttle bus and then a sightseeing bus *after* entering the main gate. So, her coming all the way to the entrance to meet us and assist with our bags was truly a godsend and an absolute lifesaver! ## Facilities The hotel has been recently renovated and looks absolutely stunning. There are several Instagram-worthy spots, like cave-themed areas, swings, and trendy beds – you can capture amazing photos without ever having to leave the hotel! ## Location The hotel is very conveniently situated right on the main road, and the scenic area's shuttle bus stops directly at its entrance."

"I was very happy to book a guesthouse that I really liked. Before we arrived, the owner contacted us via WeChat to make sure we could get there smoothly. Since the guesthouse is located on a mountain, someone came to pick us up after we reached the village and helped us with our luggage. Our room had huge glass windows offering views of the Miao village both day and night. Breakfast was homemade by the owner, so it was fresh and cooked to order. Eating a hot meal in the morning was very heartwarming. The guesthouse also offers Miao ethnic costume experiences and recommendations for travel photography with discounts. There are many guesthouses in Miao Village, and the competition is fierce. All guesthouses are continuously renovating and beautifying, and I could really feel the owner's dedication to running this guesthouse. I highly recommend their viewing platform; the panoramic views are absolutely fantastic."

Environment: The location is excellent and convenient, just two stops from the subway. Service: The front desk staff were all wonderful, warm, thoughtful, and attentive. I left something in my room after check-out, and they quickly helped me find it. Minibar: Exceeded expectations. It's also worth mentioning the hotel's restaurant, Chunxi Kitchen. The food is delicious, the environment is clean, and their specialty glutinous rice wine, peach blossom wine, and prickly pear wine are all worth trying, and the prices are reasonable."

"The owner of the twin room we booked upgraded to a suite. Clean and hygienic, the inside is the same as the picture. Spacious, bright and beautiful! Location and transportation: It is very convenient near the No. 1 Bridge. Come in from the west gate and transfer twice to the No. 1 Bridge, and then walk a few hundred meters to get there. Service: The service has to be amazing. The young lady was very enthusiastic and patiently showed us the way. I feel like I treat her as a tour guide haha. As soon as I arrived, I asked her where to eat. She was very professional and recommended two very good local restaurants to us. Thumbs up👍"

"The location is top-notch, and all rooms have a balcony overlooking the scenery. There's also a restaurant with a viewing deck where you can enjoy sour soup fish while taking in the night view. The owner helped us with our luggage to the shuttle point at the viewing deck both when we arrived and when we left. The complimentary plum juice was quite tasty."

"This hotel is located just outside the Miao Village, not far from the North Gate (and the owner offers free shuttle service to the North Gate). The room isn't huge, but it's generally clean. The front desk staff are very welcoming and friendly, and they even offered us plum juice when we returned in the evening. The only minor issue was the showerhead's water pressure (but after we reported it, the owner was very accommodating and dealt with it promptly). The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Miao Village, very close to the North Gate, and the owner provides a complimentary pick-up and drop-off service, making getting around super convenient. While the guest rooms aren't spacious, they are overall clean and tidy. The front desk service is warm and attentive, and they even treated us to some plum juice when we got back to the hotel at night. The only slight drawback was the shower's water flow, but after bringing it to the owner's attention, they were very sincere and arranged for it to be fixed immediately. Top-notch service!"
