"I had originally booked a guesthouse that was highly rated and quite expensive. The host even added me on WeChat, but I just felt like the service wasn't great – their formal, official tone was annoying. So, I canceled that booking last minute and decided on this place instead. I truly didn't expect such a wonderful surprise! My stay here completely exceeded expectations. The hotel's location is fantastic; I could lie in bed and see the entire Miao village, offering expansive, healing views everywhere. Every photo I took turned out beautifully. What impressed me most was the incredibly thoughtful and personalized service. I didn't have to worry about my luggage at all; from check-in to check-out, they proactively helped carry it and even took it directly to the shuttle, completely saving me the fatigue of lugging heavy bags around. I even changed into a Miao costume and got a bit lost on the way back, but a staff member immediately came to pick me up. The staff were all so gentle and attentive, patiently responding to every request, big or small. The attention to detail really showed how much they cared, making the whole experience relaxing and comfortable. It truly made traveling and sightseeing effortless and worry-free. If you're coming here for a vacation, you absolutely won't be disappointed. I've already recommended it to several friends – booking this place is a surefire win! They prepared afternoon tea, offered a sweet goodnight soup in the evening, and the breakfast was equally exquisite. There was absolutely no sense of cutting corners; I was genuinely touched by their sincerity. I really love this hotel. In the future, if I ever see this hotel's name while traveling, I will definitely book it again. I hope the owner's business flourishes and they open more branches. I also want to thank the staff who helped me with my luggage; the weather was really hot, and picking up and dropping off people in this area must be very tiring. "We stayed 3 nights in Leli Villa. The best part was the prompt butler services - they helped us arranged a shared transport to & fro 镇远古城 which is 135km away. In addition, picked up and dropped off at 凯里南站 were provided. Breakfast was sumptuous; daily fruits, afternoon tea and nightly desserts were also provided. We could feel their sincerity in making their guest's stay comfortably. Aesthetically, the hotel"s decor was nice. However, the worst part was the bathroom. There was no place at all to hang your towel nor clothes. There was a big bathtub placed in the room which was not essential. I would rather have a nice couch or another table for us to place our stuff. Light switches behind the bed were unreachable and we had to on/off lights near door entrance."

The exhaust vent was partially detached, the faucet was separated from the sink, and there was a layer of dust everywhere. We need to walk upstairs but the view from the hotel is really nice. It is close to Bridge no 5 & 6. So it is convenient for us to walk down to the night market.
