The restaurant was a delightful surprise as well, offering exquisite local dishes every evening, all beautifully presented and delicious. We also received a complimentary room upgrade to a spacious suite with a private balcony, which made our entire vacation even more luxurious and comfortable. All in all, every detail here was perfect, elevating it far beyond a typical stay and becoming a cherished memory we'll always look back on fondly."

"Decided to visit Guizhou for the Chinese New Year, so I booked this B&B early. The price was great, and all the accommodations on our Guizhou trip were fantastic. This particular B&B has an excellent location; it's just twenty or thirty steps down from the scenic viewpoint in the area. There's also a popular photo spot for travel photography right next to the house. We didn't have to get up too early the next morning, and since no one else was there, we spent half the day taking pictures. We only realized just before leaving that the guesthouse has its own viewpoint with amazing scenery. Our room was clean and tidy, and the view from the window was stunning. The owner was incredibly hospitable, helping us with our luggage, offering tangerines to our child, and even suggesting routes for us. When we came back late after taking photos one evening, I called the owner to ask for an extra pillow. He had just fallen asleep and was woken up, but he wasn't impatient at all. Many say that Qianjiang Miao Village is too commercialized, but exploring it at night, or early in the morning before the crowds arrive, and taking photos in Miao ethnic clothing is still quite enjoyable. The pictures below show the view from the guesthouse at night and in the morning."

"The room was easy to find, right below the observation deck. The owner came to pick us up and even helped with our bags. I was traveling with elderly family and children, so it was convenient to just take the sightseeing car to the observation deck. Staying high up, you get a great view. The night view was beautiful; you could see the performance area. We sat on the balcony at night enjoying the view, and woke up to beautiful scenery in the morning too. Coming during the off-season meant fewer crowds and comfortable weather, not too hot. I'd definitely come back again. The owner even has a special photo spot for guests, with props like 'climbing onto the roof' and another where someone is lying down – it was really cool and a great photo op. I highly recommend staying here. The guesthouse was very clean. It was great not having to squeeze with the crowds at the observation deck."

"I stayed for two nights, so I won't repeat myself, just copy and paste: It had the best view I've ever experienced; I loved sitting on the windowsill gazing at the scenery. The landlady was very kind and accommodating. For example, she got up to deal with any noise we made in the middle of the night, even during breakfast time, and invited us to eat with her (though we were too shy to join). She also proactively asked if we needed water (it costs 3 yuan a bottle outside). The millet porridge, scallion pancakes, and eggs for breakfast were just what we wanted, and the stay was very comfortable. The bathtub was very comfortable, and the water temperature was just right. The smart home system was super convenient, and the Xiaodu smart speaker was excellent. We chatted with it every day with our foreign tourists, haha. It was hilarious. The only things I think need improvement are: 1. The bathroom window lets in a lot of light, and since the bathroom is glass, light always shines in when we sleep outside. 2. There was a strong smell of rusty pipes in the bathroom. If these issues were addressed, it would be perfect! I would definitely come back again!"

"The family came out to travel and the boss saw that it was convenient to take pictures with the children and upgraded a room with a balcony for free. The photos are really beautiful! I will make a film. Fortunately, I think that there are many people who have traveled recently and have not brought any suitcases. I advise every friend who comes to Xijiang to come out to play. It is best to travel lightly. It is built on the mountain. If you want a good view, there are definitely steps! But this homestay is very close to the roadside. Fortunately, I made a guide. The boss is very good. I came to the roadside to pick us up and helped to get some backpacks. The breakfast tastes good. The special rice noodles are better than the outside. The chili is super fragrant! The room and the public area are very clean. I can see that the boss is very careful to operate the online order and there is a little worry. As a result, there is basically no difference from the picture description when I go to the store, and there is no problem! Sure enough, this trip is worthwhile. Although there are more people, it can't stand the beauty. The whole process is pleasantly surprised. The experience is very good. In the future, there will be another good place to play on the weekend. ✌️✌️"

"This hotel is located at the middle of the hill, very close to 1st bridge, west gate. You still need to take park bus from big west gate to small west gate, then from small west gate take another mini bus to 1st bridge station, from there only walk up to hotel, so if u have many or big luggages, u have tough time! The path to access hotel from 1st bridge station is a quite slope, and issue for old folks or bad stamina tourists. Hotel staff are helpful all the times. They even free upgrade me to top floor for great view! Means I need to climb more staircase... Hahaha. The room is great with balcony and the view is gorgeous. Since the hotel not along those bridges, so it's very quiet at night."
