賓館靠近前往徐聞港的國道旁（雷州半島），就是為了第二天前往徐聞港方便才選的這家店。賓館旁就餐不太方便，房間裏設施損壞的較多，如:台盆下水道漏水、毛巾架是斷掉的，一碰就掉下來，不敢掛毛巾。但賓館服務人員態度很好。
