"This trip with kids was truly heartwarming! We arrived late, exhausted, and worried about our children getting enough rest. Unexpectedly, the front desk staff was incredibly thoughtful. Seeing I was traveling with my child, they proactively upgraded us to a family twin room! The room was incredibly playful, with colorful cartoon-themed decor and a small tent and toys for the kids. The kids were thrilled the moment they walked in, completely forgetting their travel fatigue and having a blast. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and there were even slippers specifically for the kids—so many thoughtful details. From this stay, I could tell you the hotel's exceptional service and thoughtful consideration for every guest. Not only did they alleviate our worries, but they also gave our children an unexpected treat. I highly recommend this hotel to parents traveling with kids—it's a surefire choice! I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip!"
