room was filthy. have pics to show . Air coditioner and toilet made weirds noises/. security lock didnt work. was told i needed to talk to the manager about the issues but he wont even return my phone calls.. asked for a refund but he cant even have the courtesy to call me back

We stayed here for 2 nights. This hotel smelled clean upon arrival. Hotel checkin was easy and staff were friendly. The room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Bedding was crisp white. NO issues. You can see it’s an older hotel but they have fixed it up nicely. There is a breakfast included and they had all the normal breakfast items.they have it available from 6-9am. We arrived around 8:45am and there was still tons of hot items available. Lots to choose from. The area this hotel is in is so close to so many great restaurants and shopping! We had ZERO issues and have spoken about staying here upon visiting this area again.

I booked a one-night stay through Super and tried to move it from Sept 21–22 to July 20–21. The front desk rep refused, raised his voice, and offered no help. I hadn’t even used the room yet. Quality Inn handled a similar situation for me with ease. This experience was unprofessional and disappointing.

This place is absolutely disgusting when we walked in there was nothing but dirty walls and disgusting furniture in the front.The room has dirty sheets the bathroom has hair in it and the toilet was absolutely disgusting pee marks this place sucks.
