Hilton Garden Inn Lenox Pittsfield

The hotel itself is nice enough, pretty standard for a Hilton Garden Inn, however there is one huge warning. The breakfast at the attached restaurant is a major rip off. We tried it as we had a long drive ahead of us. $5.95 for a cup of coffee, $7.95 for a small bowl of raisin bran. The milk came in a juice glass instead of a small pitcher and dripped all over the place when trying to poor. Different Garden Inn a few days later and got 3 pancakes, 3 strips of bacon and coffee for $8 and it was very good. I'd give the restaurant a ZERO.

Jae's restaurant is excellent however, they don't really have a proper lounge. Overall, a good hotel experience.

Staff was very accommodating, my room was enormous and well kept. We were skiing and it was very convenient to the slopes. I was with 4 teens and they also had a great time.

Everyone was professional and courteous ✌️I also appreciated that there was no charge for parking, much appreciated. Other hotels in vegas and Myrtle Beach are charging customers $$$ to park!!!!! BTW. Jae restaurant was welcomed, great varieties, Everything delicious. I will be returning ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Room was clean and spacious. Front desk didn’t even ask our room number when we requested a late check out, so she wasn’t too helpful, but overall was a nice stay

This was a very nice facility--including a large warm indoor swimming pool. Always good. If breakfast had been included it would have been perfect.

I thought this was a great location for my business trip. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and supportive. They are clearly one of the larger more successful hotels in the area, it seemed to be packed for a Monday during the winter. They cater to the out of town guests who want to be in the Berkshires but also feel all the comforts of a pool, gym, restaurant etc. They had plenty of parking and it was well maintained in the snowy conditions. I would recommend this place for work or pleasure. It seemed close to many of the area attractions. While it isn't in any kind of down town, if you have a car and don't mind driving for food and drinks etc. you might really enjoy this spot.

It was a good place to stay locally.

We loved the time in the pool and hot tub and the dinner was good too. On a rainy weekend it was just what we needed. Our room was clean and well equipped. The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back again.
