Un hôtel presque tout neuf au cœur de Crans-Montana, des chambres confortables, un accueil très sympathique et tout ça pour un prix très correcte. Mon unique « critique » (qui s’apparente davantage à des « pistes d’amélioration ») : l’insonorisation des chambres n’est pas la meilleure qui soit (même si n’empêche pas de passer une bonne nuit mais on entend presque trop les voisins de chambre) et le café au petit déjeuner était trop fort et amer (pourtant on adore le café). Mais à part ces petits détails sommes toutes pas si graves, l’expérience était super et on reviendra avec plaisir :-)

Sehr schickes Hotel an guter Lage zu einem fairen Preis. War für eine Nacht in der Alaia Lodge. Für mich bei der Auswahl das Hotel mit dem besten Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis. Die Zimmer und das Hotel sind neu gemacht/renoviert. Alles sehr modern, sauber, sehr freundlich und angenehm. Empfehle das Hotel weiter.

Wir waren zum Ski fahren dort. Unser Zimmer war bei der Ankunft sauber, es wurde aber danach nie gründlich gereinigt z.b. nie gesaugt. Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel. Frühstück war einfach aber ok. An der Rezeption gab es eine sehr freundliche Dame und eine eher weniger freundliche. Es war ok, aber für den Preis würde ich persönlich viel mehr erwarten. Der Skiraum ist klein und die Schuhe vom Trockner werden einfach herunter genommen weil es zu wenig Platz hat.

Hotel moderne, deco minimaliste mais belle et fonctionnelle...le personnel est vraiment très sympa, on nous a changé de chambre (sans que nous ne demandions rien), pour une plus grande, avec salon, car nous étions dans une chambre famille avec notre "grand" fils. L'hotel, est très bien placé près des pistes. Les 2 restaurants sont excellents. Vraiment rien à redire, c'était parfait.

The hotel had a very good location and the public bus-stop was just in front of it. The staff were friendly and they helped me a lot by answering my questions about the area and how to go to certain places. The room was as expected and the pictures on *********** are just a perfect example of what you are getting. The prices of this hotel were one of the best prices in Crans-Montana area. The breakfast was included so in general I liked my stay at Alaïa Lodge and I recommend staying there.
