Nous avons profité d'un bon cadeau pour découvrir cet hôtel et la station de Crans-Montana. Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit dans une chambre avec un balcon et une magnifique vue sur les montagnes. Peu habitués à un hôtel de ce standing, nous n'avons pas de comparaison. Nous avons trouvé le personnel agréable et disponible. La chambre était spacieuse et très propre. Le lit était confortable et soigné. Il manque une ventilation dans la salle de bain. Le SPA et la piscine sont très correct. Malheureusement, c'est ouvert que depuis la fin d'après-midi jusqu'à 20h00. Le bar est à disposition mais peu fréquenté à cette période de l'année. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est copieux. Malheureusement, les œufs brouillés et le bacon sont préparés "minute". Après 15 minutes j'ai reçu 3 tranches de bacon froides et les œufs ne sont pas arrivés. C'était pour moi une belle expérience.

Hôtel qui commence à dater un petit peu. Le lobby n’a rien d’extraordinaire… Accueil courtois et aimable. La chambre deluxe est spacieuse avec un grand balcon et une très jolie vue sur les montagnes. La salle de bains est petite et la baignoire également. Il manque de l’ambiance / il faudrait plus d’animation… L’après midi, il y a des groupes de retraités qui jouent aux cartes. Le soir, au bar, (quand le barman est présent) même s’il y avait un chanteur, cela manque d’ambiance , de dynamisme. L’hôtel paraît vide et sans âme. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont très biens mais le spa n’ouvre qu’à 15:30 / 16:00. L’ascenseur et les parties communes sont également un peu vieux … On marche dans les couloirs ; tout semble arrêté … avec une moquette et un canapé qui datent également. Niveau sécurité, on peut entrer facilement depuis la terrasse du restaurant sans aucun personnel qui surveille ! Il faudrait redynamiser cet hôtel / faire des travaux d’embellissement ..mettre plus de personnel.. 450€ par nuit est trop cher pour la prestation proposée même si l’hôtel est idéalement bien situé dans le centre ville, près des restos et des boutiques et à 15mn à pied de la remontée mécanique pour skier.

We had a very good stay. It was off season so the personnel treated us like royalty. And we didn’t have to compete for attention. Clean and large room with everything we needed. The only small complaint is that the premises were overheated. The radiator was turned off in our room and yet we had to keep the window open at all times. Overall great two days at this hotel and we wouldn’t hesitate to return again…and again

Séjour dans ce très joli hôtel avec un bon Qoqa. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Le personnel est très serviable et agréable. Jolie chambre. Souper 3 plats très bon et petit déjeuner buffet très copieux. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Deux bémols : le supplément pour les œufs Bénédicte au petit-déjeuner et l’évacuation des eaux de l’étage du dessus un peu bruyante

The hotel staff couldn’t do enough for us. We were all doing Wild Strubel mountain races, which means we all came into the hotel at funny times and in terrible states of exhaustion, and they were absolutely lovely and helpful and caring! Good, water, taxis to the airport. Nothing was impossible! And the food, especially the pasta (made by Italians), was delicious. All staff speak many languages.
