Me and my husband stayed 3 nights at LeCrans, we loved everything about it, the room was amazing, the view, service, dinner at the restaurant, and they provide a car sevice to take you to the village that takes a few minutes by car from the hotel.

This hotel has the most excellent, dedicated and pro-active staff! They paid full attention to every of our needs. The suite felt as having your own chalet in the mountains with beautiful views. We stayed for five nights in low season in a junior suite.

Ce séjour à Crans-Montana à l’hôtel Le Crans est inoubliable par la qualité de l’accueil, la disponibilité du personnel et la qualité du service entre autres. Nous le recommandons fortement. Ayant su que nous séjournions pour l’anniversaire de ma femme, nous avons été surclassés et ma femme a eu beaucoup de petites surprises très agréables.

Hôtel qui mérite plus que 5 étoiles. Nous avons été chouchoutés, écoutés et traités comme des rois. Notre séjour a été unique et parfait. Le charme du lieu, lui ajoute énormément de cachet et est d’un calme très apaisant. L’hôtel est géré par une équipe adorable et très professionnelle. Nous conseillons de prendre le menu découverte qui nous permet de voir une grande partie de l’univers du chef qui est exceptionnel et qui mérite largement son étoile Michelin. Le spa est parfait pour se détendre d’une semaine de travail ou d’une journée au ski. Les chambres sont incroyables et petit point qui nous a fait l’adorer encore plus, c’est l’immense baignoire dans la salle de bain. Le service de chambre est à vos petits soins, en tout temps. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Et nous remercions toute l’équipe pour s’être aussi bien occupée de nous.

Dès l'arrivée des personnes chaleureuse, qui nous chouchoutent dès les premiers instants avec un tour de l'hôtel, puis l'arrivée dans la chambre avec une vue à coupé le souffle. La vue depuis la baignoire de la salle de bain est unique et invite à la détente. Mention spéciale également à la piscine extérieur chauffé avec vue sur les montagnes. Merci à tout le personnel pour ce séjour exceptionnel !

Un week-end tout simplement magique !! Le personnel très serviable, le restaurant est un délice et la vue ainsi le spa sont si paisible. J’ai beaucoup apprécié la petite intention pour mon chien, le lit avec le petit os en cadeau de bienvenu.

Un séjour merveilleux, hors du temps dans cet hôtel hors du commun. Nous avons apprécié l'environnement au calme, le confort de la chambre, la qualité du spa mais surtout le service attentionné de l'ensemble du personnel. Leur accompagnement et leur professionnalisme ont sans conteste rendu ce séjour parfait ! Un grand merci à vous pour nous avoir fait senti comme chez nous.
