Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cet hôtel très bien situé, au milieu de toutes les commodités, de la patinoire, des pistes de ski, commerces et restaurants. La chambre était très propre, le personnel très accueillant et serviable. Nous avons également pu profiter du spa compris dans le prix de la chambre, qui contenait un hammam, un sauna, ainsi que 2 douches expérience avec de la musique. C'était très agréable après une journée passée à la montagne. Merci pour ce séjour.

located in the hart of Crans-Montana, 2 min walking to the ski lifts. the best restaurants in town are within few min walking distance. the staff is very friendly and cooperative. the bar is verz cosy. once you are there dont miss the experience in the well being center Vagheggi with various therapies, sauna and hammam. i hardly recommand this place

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cet hôtel chaleureux au personnel très accueillant et aux petits soins de ses clients. L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche de l'office de tourisme, de la patinoire, des terasses, restaurants, et juste en face de la boulangerie. Nous avons également profité du spa (sauna + hamam) compris dans le prix de la réservation. Chambre très propre et bien agencée.

L’Hôtel est très bien situé. Il est très propre et très bien décoré pour les amoureux des chats . La Literie est impeccable. Accueil très chaleureux ! Déjeuner un peu simple mais je recommande l’hôtel.

Nous avons séjourné 2 fois dans cet hôtel et avons été enchantés de l’accueil si chaleureux, de l’ambiance familiale et de l’équipe. Le patron est adorable, les dames également (et de bon conseil, notamment pour les restos, merci!) Hôtel parfaitement situé, en plein centre de Montana, avec accès à l’escalator qui mène aux télécabines. Le petit-déjeuner était parfait (buffet avec produits frais, fromage, saumon, charcuterie, etc). La chambre était spacieuse, propre et soignée. Mention spéciale pour la gentillesse de l’équipe, qui fait tout pour qu’on s’y sente bien. Et c’est réussi! Nous ne pouvons que recommander chaleureusement cet hôtel. Nous y reviendrons, c’est sûr!

Hôtel idéalement situé, accueil chaleureux. Réservé à la dernière minute, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis avec 2 enfants en bas âge et un nourrisson. Chambre très propre, literie impeccable. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel.
