We had a very nice stay in this very well located hotel, in the middle of all amenities, the ice rink, ski slopes, shops and restaurants. The room was very clean, the staff very welcoming and helpful. We were also able to take advantage of the spa included in the room rate, which contained a steam room, sauna, and 2 experience showers with music. It was very pleasant after a day spent in the mountains. Thank you for this stay.

located in the hart of Crans-Montana, 2 min walking to the ski lifts. the best restaurants in town are within few min walking distance. the staff is very friendly and cooperative. the bar is verz cosy. once you are there dont miss the experience in the well being center Vagheggi with various therapies, sauna and hammam. i hardly recommand this place

Wonderful welcome, super nice and classy bar. Wide choice of cocktails. The best place for a successful evening. In the center of the Crans-Montana resort. Not to be missed. Close to all the opportunities the resort offers. A must!!

We had a very nice stay in this warm hotel with very welcoming staff and great care for its customers. The hotel is very well located, close to the tourist office, the ice rink, the terraces, restaurants, and right opposite the bakery. We also took advantage of the spa (sauna + hamam) included in the price of the reservation. Very clean and well appointed room.

We stayed in this hotel twice and were delighted with the warm welcome, the family atmosphere and the team. The boss is adorable, the ladies too (and good advice, especially for restaurants, thank you!) Perfectly located hotel, right in the center of Montana, with access to the escalator which leads to the cable cars. The breakfast was perfect (buffet with fresh produce, cheese, salmon, cold meats, etc.). The room was spacious, clean and tidy. Special mention for the kindness of the team, who does everything to make you feel good there. And it was successful! We can only warmly recommend this hotel. We will come back, that’s for sure!

Ideally located hotel, warm welcome. Booked at the last minute, we were warmly welcomed with 2 young children and an infant. Very clean room, impeccable bedding. We highly recommend this hotel.
