The hotel has an amazing view and is near to the Gondel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. But there was no personal checking service. We have do the checking in at a self check-in terminal which I find very impersonal and our reservation number did not work. Plus I have to enter the personal information of all the guests again, which took a lot of time and this information I already provided to E-booker when I did the booking.

Wonderful time here. Such a beautiful hotel with incredible views. The landscape alone is worth the visit. The rooms are really nice as they are clean and comfortable. The restaurant and bar are amazing too. Delicious food and tasty cocktails.

Excellent, just what we needed. Parking, location, nice bar and restaurant, very helpful staff. Online Check in is super easy and convenient. The customer service before our stay was also very good, we had some correspondence by email. Would highly recommend for a few day skiing.

Für 1-2 Nächte ist es super. Simple aber an der Bett und Bettwäsche Qualität fehlt es nicht. Die Aussicht ist unglaublich aber man hört die strasse recht gut. Zum einkaufen ist es abgelegen und da es nicht auf den Zimmern hat muss man vorher Einkaufen gehen. Aber für aktivitäten ist es super gelegen. Es war mein erstes 3* seit über 10j und hatte definitiv schlechtere 5* Hotel. Es lohnt sich die Kosten bei der Reception und nicht an der Bequemlichkeit zu sparen. Super System. We will be back.

Revier Mountain Lodge is an amazing place to stay. The accommodations are really nice. The rooms are modern and clean. The food and drinks here were great too. The scenery and views were breathtaking. Such an awesome place to stay, dine and relax.

Tolles Design, einfach aber alles was man braucht und sehr sauber! Leckeres Essen und sehr freundliche Bedienung in der Bar / ReRestaurantLage ist sehr gut, gleich neben der Rothorn Bahn. Für einen Skiausflug perfekt. Skiraum haben wir sehr gut gefunden!

Katastrophen Hotel. Bedingung so unfreundlich und 0 Hilfsbereit. Für den Zimmerservice (Betten, Bad ect. muss man drauf zahlen. Parkplatz pro Tag zusätzlich CHF 8.00. Skiticketpreis zusätzlich ohne grosse Vergünstigung... Personal macht sich über Gäste lustig. Frühstück kleine Auswahl und wird nicht aufgefüllt. Wir wollten mit einer Gruppe von 13 Personen um 23:00 noch was trinken. Sie schnauzen uns an, dass es die letzte runde sei und wir nicht an die Tische sitzen dürfen sondern nur an die Bar bzw an einen 8 Hochtisch.. Hotel war ausserdem für eine Fehlbuchung verantwortlich. Ohne Mail an den Geschäftsführer wäre gar nichts passiert. man hat uns unfreundlich abgewiesen und nach keiner Lösung gesucht.. Nicht einmal ein Apero hat man uns als Entschuldigung offeriert... Hotel hat definitiv keinen Stern verdient. NIE MEHR..

Hotel in guter Lage genau neben der Skipiste. Zimmer sind zweckmässig eingerichtet. Alles sauber. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist sehr niedrig. Sehr sehr bequem. Tolle Aussicht. Restaurant ist o. k. Das Frühstück hat alles was man braucht. Wir können es empfehlen

Sehr ansprechendes, funktionell modern eingerichtetes Sporthotel in ausgezeichneter Lage direkt an Skipiste/Bergbahn. Empfehlenswertes Restaurant. Verbesserungswürdig ist die IT-Organisation. Übermittlung von Zimmercode/Parkticket hat per Mail/SMS nicht geklappt und musste vor Ort von Hand ausgestellt werden.Die DUrchfahrt des Parkplatzes ist als Einbahnverkehr geplant, eine Ausfahrt am Ende aber leider nicht möglich. Dies sollte dringend korrigiert werden. Klare Empfehlung für Ski-/Biketage in Lenzerheide
