wir kommen immer sehr gerne ins hotel lenzerhorn. klein und familiär. das personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich. der gastgeber sehr sympathisch & präsent. alle restaurants bieten eine saisonale und abwechslungsreiche küche - für jeden geschmack. wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great hotel and stuff, very positive attitude in the reception. Great nutritional breakfast, and very clean room. the first pool is not warm enough, but the second family pool is great. the outdoors jacuzzi is great also, so is the variety of the saunas. Very important tip: close the deal directly with the hotel website and do it as soon as possible to get the best packages and prices - I took a package that included the skipass - and it was worth it.

Super-schönes grosses Zimmer für die Familie, äusserst freundliche, herzliche Mitarbeitende, umfassendes Angebot an Wellness und Bad. Wir haben jeden Tag genossen. Das Essen war sehr gut, das HP-Menü abwechslungsreich. Vielen Dank.

Hotel molto curato in pieni centro di Lenzerheide. Le piste arrivano proprio davanti all’ingresso del hotel e, a poche decine di metri, si trova la partenza dei bus che conducono agli impianti sportivi. Grande scelta di ristoranti interni con piatti sempre curati e servizio di ottimo livello. Colazione a buffet con alimenti locali e di grande qualità. Una SPA interna con tutto quello che serve per godersi la vita. Il comprensorio sciistico è molto grande, le piste ben tenute e ben marcate.

Freundliches Personal, gutes Essen, aber geht nicht als 4-Sterne-Hotel durch, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Einfache Zimmerausstattung, umständliche und lange Wege im Hotel, kein direkter Zugang zum Wellness-Bereich. Skiraum weit entfernt, befindet sich in einem anderen Haus und war nur mit Hilfe des Personals zu finden. Ansonsten gut, vor allem die Lage im Zentrum direkt an den Bushaltestellen.

Super hôtel, bon rapport qualité prix, bien situé. SPA agréable avec Sauna, bains vapeurs, pièce igloo, piscine intérieure et extérieure. Massages sportif très efficace. Bon petit déjeuner. Local à ski équipé pour ranger les VTT, place de travail/entretien et place de lavage extérieur.

Das Curry war super lecker. Die Terrasse ist toll bepflanzt, man sitzt gemütlich und hat eine schöne Aussicht. Leider muss ich sagen, dass der Service ziemlich unkoordiniert war. Gängige Handgriffe (Bestellung aufnehmen) wurden nicht beherrscht. Ich habe der Alpin Trend Gruppe jetzt so viele Chancen gegeben und wurde immer enttäuscht. Alpin Trend Gruppe „Erwarten Sie Mehr“ hat sich bei mir leider ganz und gar nicht erfüllt. Schade, denn die Locations an sich wären toll. Entweder scheitert es am Essen oder am Personal.

This was our second visit and we had a very enjoyable 2 week stay at this excellent hotel . Everyone is very friendly and the hotel has a nice atmosphere. Everything is of a high standard. It is also in a great position to enjoy all that Lenzerheide has to offer.
