Welch wunderschöner Aufenthalt im Schweizerhof! Vom herzlichen Empfang über das grosszügige, blitzblanke Zimmer bis zum perfekten Frühstücksbuffet, welches keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat, es hat einfach alles gestimmt. Ein absolutes Highlight war das Abendessen im Restaurant „Scalottas“. Die Philosophie dieses Schmuckstücks ist einmalig. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Great hotel! Jamie and Michelle are excellent hosts and very attentive. The location is perfect. The rooms are clean. Breakfast is super and overall a fantastic ski holiday made special by the hotel. We had a great time and will be back for sure!

I just spent a week at Hotel Schweizerhof as part of an organized ski week, and I was very impressed with the hotel. My room was on the “budget” level, yet it was spacious, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. Also, one of the ski rooms was just around the corner, and I found this to be particularly helpful. We were on half-board for the week. Breakfast and dinner were always excellent and offered a lot of variety. Also, the sauna and the Hamam were beautiful and lovely to use. I found every hotel staff person I encountered to be friendly and helpful, which really made the week even more pleasant. Finally, I loved that the hotel is right across the street from the bus station/post office. I was able to ship my skis through the Swiss train system from Zermatt for just 12 Euros, and it was so easy to walk across the street and pick them up (they arrived on time…of course! 😄). Both the red and blue ski buses stop at the bus station, making it easy to start the day on the mountain. We were also able to ski down every day to a spot just across the street. For all these reasons, I highly recommend hotel Schweizerhof Lenzerheide.

Vom Check-in bis zum Check-out ist alles perfekt organisiert. Die Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber. Die Bett/Frotteewäsche dürfte inklusive sein, sonst gibt es nichts zu bemängeln! Lage ist direkt im Dorf und sehr ruhig.

Die Einrichtung ist nur bedingt Kinderfreundlich alles muss kostenpflichtig dazu gebucht werden (ausser Hochstuhl). Kein Kindergeschirr vorhanden. Unbehandelter Tisch und Teppichboden- Flecken können zu Zusatzkosten führen. Licht war in unserem Appartement sehr "schummrig" kein Lesen oder Stricken im Wohnzimmer möglich.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, im Hotel Schweizerhof zu übernachten (drei Nächte). Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise war der Aufenthalt äusserst angenehm. Das Zimmer war geräumig, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet mit modernen Annehmlichkeiten. Wir waren mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern dort. Es war alles perfekt vorhanden, Wickelkommode, diverse Babyausstattung etc. etc. Der Service im war sehr gut. Das Personal war freundlich obwohl unsere beiden Kindern nicht die leisesten waren :) :). Das Hotel verfügt über eine Vielzahl von Einrichtungen, die speziell für Familien konzipiert sind, darunter einen Kinderspielplatz, einen Kinderpool und ein Kinderclub. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Il nostro soggiorno allo Schweizerhof è stato perfetto sotto ogni aspetto! Siamo stati entusiasti della colazione, ricca e con prodotti locali, del ristorante che ci ha permesso di assaggiare ottime specialità grigionesi. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche le aree relax, arredate con comodissimi lettini/poltrone e il percorso hammam, una chicca per un momento di vero "stacco" da tutto. La cosa in assoluto che più ci è piaciuta è l'attenzione per i dettagli, sempre orientata verso la sostenibilità ambientale e sociale: questa è per noi l'hotellerie del futuro! Complimenti!

We booked four nights and left after two. This place is a pimped three star hotel that charges five star prices. The room was average, view on the backside of the building next door, children sleep on a couch, welcome drinks for kids but not for adults, need to book a time slot at the spa etc. not worth the CHF 880.- /night they charge for two adults and three small children.

Dieses Hotel trägt den Begriff "familienfreundlich" nicht nur im Prospekt, hier trifft man wirklich auf eine äusserst familienfreundliche Einstellung und A**osphäre, von Anfang an bis zum Ende. Das sehr edle und top modern eingerichtete Hotel besticht nicht nur durch hervorragende zeitgenössische Infrastruktur, sondern auch durch äusserst freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeitende. Wir bewohnten ein Alpenchic-Zimmer mit unseren zwei Kindern im Alter von 4 und 7 Jahren. Das Zimmer hat eine tolle Grösse, ist sehr schön und auch ruhig. Unsere Kids sowie auch wir Eltern fühlten uns enorm wohl im Hotel Schweizerhof. Es fehlte uns an nichts! Die Kids waren begeistert von der Poollandschaft, vom Kinderclub und auch von den vielen Spielmöglichkeiten im ganzen Haus. Wir Eltern wurden kulinarisch verwöhnt und auch der Erwachsenenbereich im Wellness ist sehr gut gepflegt, sehr modern und stylisch eingerichtet, hervorragend! Ein wirklich mega tolles Hotel, welches ich allen Familien mit Kindern wärmstens empfehlen kann!
