Breiview Guest House

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was one night before getting the ferry south. Arrived early, but no problem, Christine and Dieter are very welcoming. Room was immaculately clean, spacious and well decorated. Excellent breakfast. The opportunity to leave our luggage to collect later was offered even before we asked. Location is at the edge of Lerwick, which allowed us three enjoyable walks nearby, but the centre of Lerwick is only 25 minutes walk away.

Dieter and Christine came to the rescue at short notice when our flight was cancelled. We got a warm welcome on arrival, even though it was late at night. And the accommodation was both comfortable and spotlessly clean. They had lots of suggestions for activities for our extra day in Shetland.

This is the second time I've stayed with Christine and Dieter. They are very welcoming and are always ready to help you with anything. The Breiview itself is a very clean and inviting place to stay and all the rooms are nicely furnished. The views from the main lounge are brilliant and I have spent many hours just looking out the windows at the views. I hope I get the opportunity to return again in the future.
