The Hotel was absolutely shocking , first off all I found a toe nail in my bed and popcorn under my bed the receptionist got very viciously angry at me and flapping his hands at me I would not recommend this hotel ! Stay away, the bath also has black marks all across.

Receptionist was very angry and uncooperative. Food was inedible and the all you can eat buffet was not in fact all you can eat. The rooms were dirty and un safe. Me and my kids would rather sleep outside. The rooms also smelt rancid and herbal.

I found a finger nail on my bed at midnight and when I was angry about it the receptionist told me that me getting angry won’t do a thing as if it’s something that they’re used to. Read the reviews before booking there are so many complains about cleanliness.

Supergünstig mit Halbpension gebucht und positiv überrascht worden. Lage gut und gratis P. Schneller Checki-in und helles grosses Zimmer für 3 Personen mit gemütl7chen Betten. Klar ist der Lack ab, aber immer noch passabel. Einfach, aber reichhaltiges Abendbuffet mit Roastbeef und Raclette. Ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet, wenn auch ohne warme Eierspeisen oder Speck.

This hotel location is so beautiful. You get a beautiful view of the mountains and have walking distance stores. Our room has the most beautiful direct view to Alps. We left the window open the whole night to enjoy the fresh air that would come from it. Dinner was great however the breakfast options were not that great.

Albergo anni ‘70-‘80. A parte al piano terra non è stato fatto nessun lavoro di ristrutturazione. La pulizia delle camere lascia a desiderare. I letti non vengono spostati per aspirare la polvere che deve essersi accumulata da mesi (se non anni). Il telo si copertura sotto i letti è in mille pezzi penzolanti. I bagni e la rubinetteria sono probabilmente di origine… Sarebbe ora di investire! Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Al Ristorante tutti i pasti sono a buffet e la qualità è buona e i piatti variati

Grosses Hotel mit vielen Gruppen von Kindern bis Rentnern. Der Speisesaal war zur Essenszeit eher ein Irrenhaus. Am arg zerzausten Büffet musste der Gast Schlange stehen und warten bis sich die Jugendgruppen bedient hatten. Abends war der riesige Speisesaal pumpenvoll und der Bierkonsum der deutschen Cartouristen liess den Schallpegel ins unerträglich hochgehen. Unser Zimmer wurde nicht gemacht, das passte zum sehr schmutzigen und ungepflegten Treppenhaus in der Dependence. Nie wieder Alpin Classic Hotel Leysin!

Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Einige Teile des Hotels sind zwar schon etwas älter, aber sehr gut gepflegt und sehr sauber.
Ein Highlight war das umfangreiche Frühstück mit lokalem Käse!!!
