Personnel très aimable; hôtel vieillot avec équipement défectueux dans plusieurs chambres. Manque de soin dans l'entretien de l'hôtel (café renversé dans un ascenseur, non nettoyé le lendemain...)

Très joli hôtel, magnifique vue sur les alpes et les dents du midi, personnel agréable,souriant et sympathique, hôtel propre . Breakfast au dessus de nos attentes, enfin, excellent rapport qualité prix Bref a recommander sans hésitation !

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel, la chambre est très propre et les lits sont confortables. L'accès direct au balcon avec vue sur les montagnes est un plus. Bémol toutefois concernant le buffet du soir, dont le prix est trop élevé pour le choix proposé (CHF 35.- par personne). De plus, ce dernier était compris dans l'offre, selon e-mail de confirmation, et non-inclus au moment du séjour. Aucune possibilité de choisir un menu à la carte, car trop peu de réservations ce soir-là... Nous avons tout de même passé un très bon moment dans cet hôtel, avec un bon petit-déjeuner et l'utilisation du jacuzzi.

Nous avons eu de la chance car hors période de vacances et pas de camps de ski. Néanmoins du monde quand même principalement famille et enfants. LES + - Personnels très sympathique restaurant et réception. - SPA (attention aux heures pour la fréquentation ) LES - - Chambres et moquettes très vieillissantes - Rideaux occultants que par le nom - Buffets / restauration très simpliste sans goût (sauf les desserts) - Les boissons non comprises sont hors de prix - 3 prises véhicules électriques pas adaptés - Hôtel beaucoup trop bruyant y compris dans les couloirs. - Absence totale de grands lits dans les chambres.
