The service here is incredibly comprehensive. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet spot but still close to the action, and the facilities are excellent. They even provide an oxygen concentrator in the room, which is a thoughtful touch, and the room views are absolutely fantastic. My only minor suggestion would be to have a more varied breakfast selection. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends and look forward to staying here again next time I'm in Lhasa.

Traveling with family, I booked two rooms separately and the hotel was very helpful in coordinating them so we could be close to each other. Their response was quick, and the service was good; it was easy to get help from the front desk even in the middle of the night. The environment was clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

The hotel is not far from the Potala Palace. The parking lot is large, there's a night market nearby, and a large supermarket is right next door, which is very convenient. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, check-in was quick, and they even proactively upgraded my room. They patiently answered all my questions about local sightseeing. The room was meticulously cleaned, even the corner of the bathroom was spotless. The room wasn't facing the street, so it was very quiet. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet! Highly recommended!

The first time I came to Lhasa, I chose this place after comparing many hotels. The stay experience exceeded expectations. The whole trip was particularly comfortable because of this hotel. Lhasa is high in altitude and dry in climate. It is easy to not adapt to the beginning. This hotel really understands the needs of highland tourists. The details are very intimate and make people feel warm. The overall environment of the hotel is clean and tidy, the public areas are clean and atmospheric, and there is no smell. The room hygiene is impeccable, the bedding is soft and clean, one guest is changed, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the washing area is clean and transparent, and the corner hygiene is very meticulous, which is very safe for tourists with cleanliness. The room is well lit and ventilated, the overall atmosphere is quiet and comfortable, the rest at night will not be disturbed at all, and the quality of sleep is particularly good. The most surprising thing is the exclusive service of the hotel's plateau. In response to the dry climate in Lhasa, the hotel prepared moisturizing supplies, which perfectly relieved the problem of dry skin and dry mouth and nose. At the same time, the oxygen supply service is very practical. When you first arrive at the plateau, you can feel dizzy and weak. Moderate oxygen supply can very well relieve high anti-discomfort. It is very friendly and safe for tourists who enter Tibet for the first time. The front desk staff is gentle and professional, and the check-in and check-out process is fast and efficient, and it will not be cumbersome and procrastinating. The staff patiently answered all travel questions, took the initiative to inform the plateau precautions, and also intimately recommended the surrounding play routes and food locations, clear and practical guidelines, meticulous and thoughtful service, sincere and not perfunctory. The hotel is strategically located, convenient to travel, and very convenient to the surrounding attractions. I love this hotel. Staff were very friendly and caring. Due to high altitude sickness I wanted to buy Pocari Sweat on Mei Tuan but didn't have a local phone number to place the order, the ladies at the front desk helped me out. They also upgraded me to a room with the view of the Potala Palace. The room is nice, clean and spacious with oxygen supply and lots of bottled water provided. There is a big shopping mall 300 meters away (about 10-15 minutes walk) which you can find restaurants there. Free laundry service is a big plus as I spent 6 nights in this hotel. I feel the price is absolutely worth it for the customer service they provided, and I would love to try the hotels under this chain (Hilton) next time when I travel to other cities in the future.

It is convenient to travel around the hotel, and it is convenient to go to the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, and Tibet Museum. The room is clean and sanitary, and it is considered to be a relatively large area in Atour. It is very good. The room facilities are complete and new, and the Xiaodu speaker is also very smart. When checking out, we were given warm mineral water. The warm temperature is very suitable for the temperature in Lhasa these days. This is called warm water in Atour. Warm water is very considerate. My stay in Lhasa was absolutely perfect, highly recommended! The bedding is soft and clean, ensuring a good night's sleep. The ambient lighting by the bedside is exquisite, complemented by paintings of plateau scenery, creating a truly immersive atmosphere. The room is fully equipped with a large-screen TV, desk, and chair, perfect for relaxation or light work. The bathroom has an excellent separation of wet and dry areas, is spotless and odor-free, and features a smart toilet, large overhead shower, illuminated vanity mirror, and hairdryer. The bathroom's decor is high-end and elegant, and it was meticulously cleaned, leaving no corner untouched. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and friendly, making my stay comfortable and pleasant. The accommodation in the high-altitude area was clean, hygienic, and not damp. The overall experience far exceeded my expectations, and the price-performance ratio was excellent. You can't go wrong with this place when you travel to Lhasa. I will definitely choose this place again next time I come to Lhasa!

The hotel isn't to far from the Portola Palace (a short taxi trip). I wouldn't say its a true 4 star hotel. The room was a good size, quiet and didn't smell of cigarette smoke. The room was a little worn out; I couldn't get the TV to work, the mirror on the wet bar area was cracked, there were marks to the walls where paintings/pictures had once been. Most annoying was the shower cubicle and the shower over the bath had only cold water! On my last morning the power was off in my area of the hotel and the lift was not working due to the power outage. The hotel staff do not speak English, but one lady working on reception was especially nice and helpful and we were able to communicate by using the translation app. There are lots of restaurants near by, but next time I think I'd prefer to stay closer to the Portola Palace.

I checked into the hotel on March 28th. I had severe altitude sickness. I saw a reminder on the Ctrip backend that the hotel would start supplying oxygen at 8pm, so I had to buy a few oxygen cylinders myself. There was a problem with the humidifier in the room. The room attendant came in without saying hello, just filled the humidifier with water and left. There was no minimum courtesy or kind reminder to customers about the instructions. There was no training or assessment on weekdays. At 8 o'clock, there was still no oxygen, and my oxygen cylinder had been used up. I called the front desk and she told me that the oxygen supply would start at 8:30. At 8:30, I called her again and she said the technician had gone to open it. At 8:33, she called again and asked me to wait. I arrived directly at 8:37. I questioned the front desk, but they still didn't feel uneasy. I went to the VIP building of Tibet Hotel as a person with altitude sickness. Many other hotels provide oxygen all day long, but they didn't provide oxygen from 8:30 pm to 7 am the next day, which is very unfriendly. I didn't expect that they didn't provide it during the time period and there was no apology. I had a severe headache from altitude sickness and found the front desk to question them. High-quality service should open oxygen for customers in advance and care about their physical condition. This front desk was arrogant and had no sympathy for the customers. Altitude sickness is very dangerous. I accepted such a cold and ruthless service experience of the VIP building of Tibet Hotel when I was extremely uncomfortable. I will never come again! !
