When you arrived at the front desk, you said that you didn't want the last room and didn't want to be near the elevator. We chose a room for you to see first. You also went to see the room before checking in. Do you dare to confront it with surveillance? This room was opened to you because you thought you were satisfied. Our bedding is guaranteed to be changed for each guest. It is washed by professional staff of the hotel. No medicine is added. It is washed with washing powder and washing liquid. There is surveillance to prove it. I didn't say that it was not washed clean. Please don't slander it casually. I said that we washed it ourselves, and it was not as smooth as the one washed outside. Since you think the sheets have not been changed, our staff took a clean sheet for you from the warehouse. If you still find any problems, you can contact the front desk or the manager on duty to cancel the order immediately. We will also refund your room fee in full and will not wrong you to stay for another night. The bed sheets and quilt covers are made of cotton, so it is normal to have some loose hair on them.
