Room was clean. There is cleaning available everyday. l Location was near mrt station. Gym was good enough. And u can play screen golf for $25 for an hour with free rental of clubs n gloves.

Great location, outstanding service, very convenient, the washing machine in the room makes me so convenient. But hopefully, there are dryer at least in public places because sometimes, the laundry doesn’t get dry well in the room. Overall, everything is awesome.

First time staying in this area, which is convenient and near to 2 train stations. It is an apt building so the lift gets busy and takes a while to arrive during peak hours. Overall clean and the housekeeping staff are a gem - so friendly! I got a room with the view of Namsan Tower too. However, I probably didn’t read up on the reviews enough because this place doesn’t let you store your baggage after check-out which was one of the key point I chose a hotel over airbnb. I had to pay for lockers at the B4 on per hour basis. One of my luggage was also huge that it almost couldn’t fit into the lockers but we had no choice but to barely fit it in and almost couldn’t get the door open when retrieving. So beware if you have large luggages and late flight time when booking this place. Storing luggage before check-in is fine though, so I don’t understand why the service is not offered for check out.

In short, it’s more like an apartment complex than a hotel. No fancy lobby or design of the rooms but with a sink and microwave oven in the room which wouldn’t be found in a hotel room normally. Yet, it provides free bottles of water and clean up services every day.

Good location and friendly staff, but relatively small room

Location and service good. Room is clean but very small. Induction stove is for display only, as there is no kitchenette provided. Aircon got strange noise. Technician came down to check but he said he can't do anything. Requested to change room, found that aircon got the same problem. It is this LG brand that has the design issue. Weekend is quiet. Small restaurants and eateries are closed. There are two convenience stores at level one, bentto sold there is the best Korean food to me, more tastier and cheaper than neaby restaurant food.

Easy check in and check out. The Hotel is new and clean. Having a K-BBQ restaurant, two GS25 convenient stores and one Cafe Pascucci really made the stay pleasant and convenient. The area is easily accessible to subway lines, public buses and taxis and surrounded with local printing firms. The cleaning staff are friendly and efficient too.

The cleanliness. The bed is comfort but only one pillow. Big space complete with huge fridge , stove & microwave. Also have washer but no dryer. But i didnt wash nor cook. Just 5mins walk to the hotel from bus stop or train stop at Chungmuro. 1stop to Myeongdong Street so the place is calm. My view is not so nice coz facing half mountain & half building. Toothbrush & toothpaste are not provided. The check in process was very fast. No room key just a password at the door. So very convenient not to bring room key everywhere. Btw i stayed there for 6 days . Its just good to stay & its new . The receptionist can speak good English too.

hotel is very clean and nice, but location a bit far away from myeongdong and there is need to pay for luggage storage and pay per hour, not nice.

Reasonable price! 2 beds room also have good space for luggages! They are using European plug, so make sure you bring your own converter!

the concierge staff not helpful at all, dont know english which cant communicate, the room is big but we booked twin bed and gave us one double bed

good location with all the required amenities. Screen golf was available in the same building which was great fun.
