At about 20:38 on the evening of February 10, 2025, I went to the hotel with my parents and friends. There was no fence, no sign, and no light in the hotel parking lot. After we parked the car, we went to the restaurant next door for dinner. After dinner, we were going to get our luggage from the trunk. Unexpectedly, there was a three-meter cliff at the rear end of the trunk. Because there was no light and no fence, we couldn't see clearly. My father stepped on the air and fell down, causing very serious injuries. He suffered a burst fracture of the L1 lumbar vertebrae and a comminuted fracture of the heel bone. He also suffered a fractured sternum and coccyx. His body and mind were seriously hurt. Afterwards, the hotel not only did not comfort me, but also shirked responsibility, saying that I had to park in that position in such a large parking lot, saying that we did not inform the hotel immediately after the accident. Then my father and I went to the trunk from both sides of the car to get things. The hotel slandered me and said that I knew there was a bump there and I pushed my own father down from the trunk. If you can't park there, why don't you stop it? Why is there not even a sign and a light? This is my first time here. Besides, it was pitch dark without lights. How could I know there was a 3-meter high hurdle there? And I pushed my own father? There was such a big injury at that time. My friend and I were with our children and our elderly mother. We must have saved him first. How could we have thought so much and notified the hotel immediately? So far, my father is lying in the hospital. The hotel has not called to express condolences. They don’t even have the most basic attitude of a human being. Where is their conscience? Anyway, I hope to remind people who come later that this hotel has a major safety accident. Facilities: Older, floor heating is good, but it was turned off in the middle of the night. It was still a bit cold in the morning. The bed and quilt were good and very comfortable. Hygiene: Towels and bath towels are old.
