I was bitten by an insect on my leg when I was sleeping at night. Now it's swollen. Fortunately, it didn't bite the baby. I can only say that it's not worth the price.

The bed was full of bugs at night. The service staff said it was caused by the food delivery service. I laughed and thought I was a ****. When I went to eat at around 8 o'clock in the morning, they said there was no food. They told me in front of me that they had prepared food. The customer was too busy. Even if you can eat, you will eat as hard as you can and finish the meal. Is this what your waiter should say? You can't do it to the waiter at home. Who can look at you when you come out? Because there are too many things when traveling with a small baby, I asked the front desk when I entered the door. Is there a luggage rack? Is there anyone to help carry the luggage? The front desk showed a stunned expression and repeated the luggage rack? Without this, no one will help move it! Fine! Even if the two of us had either children or luggage and no hands to press the elevator, the front desk staff walked out of the counter and wandered past us without helping us press the elevator. I would say that no fast hotel would provide such service! Secondly, regarding the hotel’s hygiene and facilities, in order to be more comfortable, I booked an executive double room. The room is very large. In fact, it is only needed to have a mini refrigerator, because the baby has complementary food that needs to be frozen, and it actually stays there overnight. The ice cubes in the incubator we put in here melted overnight, let alone the supplementary food... I was speechless! After taking a shower, water was all over the floor and leaked to the outside near the sink. In fact, the wet and dry parts were separated inside. As a new hotel, I really don’t understand where the decoration was not done. Water leaked from the cracks in the glass and near the toilet. There was really no way to use a bath towel to absorb the water and everything was soaked. Just look at how ridiculous it was and how much water was leaking! The toilet is said to be a smart toilet, but in fact it is a smart open lid toilet without any other functions. It is quite scary when it suddenly starts opening and closing the lid on its own! Off the charts! It’s quite interesting that this is called a smart toilet! I don’t know who designed the air conditioner in the room to blow the air directly onto the bed. When turned on to 26 degrees Celsius, the airflow cannot be muted or the sleep mode can only be adjusted to the minimum wind speed level 3. My husband felt so cold when the air was blowing against it that he had to cover the baby. His own small blanket was added to our quilt. The child's little hands and feet were cold in the morning when he slept. We had to turn off the air conditioner, but the room was very stuffy. It was terrible! Have you ever experienced this kind of design? Do you think it is reasonable to use an air conditioner that blows on people? ! In short, I have stayed in so many hotels recently, and this one is the worst experience. From the facilities of the hotel itself to the service of the staff, it is the best! Disadvantages: The biggest disadvantage is that the cleanliness of the guest rooms is really not good. From the time I checked in to the back, I felt that the floor was not swept. The floor was really dirty... (as shown in the picture). Secondly, there may be noise at night, and I was woken up by the garbage truck in the middle of the night. Pass. Another point is that I don’t know why the shower head in the shower room is designed to be placed so low 😂😂 It is usually at the head position. It is a bit inconvenient that there is no place in the shower room to put your own facial cleanser.
