Enjoyed my stay, the front desk was very helpful when I needed a hairdryer.
I Always enjoy my stay there, when I am in KC. It’s nice they have a bar for the weekends.

I made reservations. Went in and the system was down. They couldn't do anything. Made us wait for an hour in the lobby. The on duty general manager did not pick up the phone to help the gentlemen at the front desk. When he finally did. He was no help. Never again

This hotel is gorgeous, starting from the minute you walk in the doors. The lobby is impressive, as well as the elegant lighting and signage throughout. The King room was spacious & comfortable. I LOVED the shower. There was plenty of hot water & great water pressure. Plus it had a regular shower head, a rainfall overhead and a handheld. Also, the staff was top notch. Johnny, the manager, asked every time he saw me how our stay was going & if we needed anything. The fitness room was SUPER hot & Tristen tried to adjust the temperature, offered me water & brought me a fan. The service and attention were top notch. We will be back.

Had a minor cleanliness issue in my room; when I reported it to front desk, they immediately found me a different room and it was a smooth process. Very good customer service.
