"The water in shower was not hot. The door key card did not work despite going to the reception to fix it for 4 times. They did not have a filled up ice water in the lobby. Breakfast was bland and taken away before 9. Horrible experience. The room that they gave us first was not even cleaned."

"Look, for the price it is probably better than most. The nonexistent staff was the biggest disappointment. Took me almost an hour to wake someone from their slumber (4:30-5:30 pm) to check me in. I had to be somewhere at 6:00 pm so this was very frustrating. Btw, ringing the bell does absolutely nothing.  Outside of that the room seemed clean and modernized but the heater did nothing so I froze through the night.  The breakfast, I'd say stick to the waffles. I'm glad they offered eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy but the eggs were watery and I didn't trust the gravy. Sausage was ok.  The gym is a joke. I spent most of my time trying to fix the cables on their Smith Machine that's shoehorned into the corner of a very small room. Then I did some free weights but I had to do all exercises while sitting down because I kept hitting the ceiling with shoulder presses and over the head tricep extensions. lol.  They're trying, kind of like the little engine that could. Like I said, for $65 it's probably your best option."

"Worst trip I have ever experienced. Room had dirty towels had to call 3 times to get new ones then we had a late check in so we planned to play in the water park the following day after we arrived only to find out that after check out you have to leave which only allowed my daughter an hour to play before they told me I needed to leave the property even though the staff that was here this morning told me we could be here for the day."

The experience we had at this one was terrible have tried reaching the district manager or manager and have got no response in over two weeks. I will never stay at another tru because of the way we were treated here. The girls at the desk were great, but the response I got when I gave them a onerating and explained why was be rating and blaming me and very argumentative."
