L'hôtel le crystal est une très belle structure. Lors de mon passage là-bas j'ai pu constater que la relation client du personnel de l'hôtel était vraiment bonne. Les locaux sont toujours propres. L'équipe de cuisine nous surprend toujours avec la créativité de leurs recettes

Hôtel situé au centre-ville près des restos, d'un supermarché, de pharmacies, etc. Personnel diligent et serviable. Seul inconvénient: espace de travail limité dans la chambre. Bon choix de plats du jour au restaurant mais limité le matin. Piscine très propre mais l'eau un peu froide.

Idéalement placé cet hôtel n’en est pas moins un 3 étoiles sans plus Propre mais avec un service lent et un buffet de petit déjeuner très basic pour ne pas dire quelconque Franchement déçu…. Malgré un personnel fort sympathique Un ibis mais pas plus….

Un hôtel qui selon moi ne mérite pas 4 étoiles… personnel Tres attentionné mais quelle lenteur dans le service que ce soit pour une simple omelette le matin ou un plat du jour Etat de propreté autour de la piscine très discutable quant au cafard retrouvé dans la salle d’eau….
Peu de chance d’y retourner surtout que les tarifs ne sont pas donnés…..

Our check in was seamless although I found it our that the front desk guy had to ask the guy in charge of online bookings if we could pay cash. The rooms are big enough and were clean . Language was a barrier but we muddled through successfully . This hotel is a city hotel so it has no views but it’s central and was a walk away from most of the places we had to visit , breakfast was a choice of 3 types and not much choice for people who have a few food restrictions, Room service was prompt enough 40 mins for a well done steak and the food came in hot , there is a small gym and a spacious pool area . ****ne at the reception was a pleasure to deal with and he always had a smile . We will certainly return

El peor hotel que he visitado en mi vida. Mantenimiento de instalaciones y habitaciones nulo, habitaciones sucias, trato pésimo por parte de la dirección (prepotencia y trato al cliente nefasto), comida y agua del restaurante y cafetería en mal estado, cobro de cosas no usadas, seguridad privada nula, goteras en las habitaciones, sábanas rotas, maquinas del gimnasio que no funcionan...y además, muy caro. Elige cualquier otro hotel antes

Sábanas y toallas rotas, mal trato por parte del gerente, el personal muy pasivo, el hotel no tiene playa cerca, la comida en general no es buena.el gerente muy borde y nada atento con los clientes ---
