"The shuttle was there when I arrived, despite my flight being delayed, which was much appreciated. The hotel check-in process was satisfactory. However, the room's amenities left something to be desired: the balcony doors were damaged and the shower door was poorly secured, giving me the impression it could break at any moment. Breakfast, offered as a buffet or à la carte, was quite good. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, with a special mention for the staff, who were truly excellent!"
