El hotel está nuevo pero cuando llegamos nos han comprado en efectivo ante de darnos las llaves y luego nos dan la noticia que en el hotel no había agua en los baños y así quedamos un día entero sin bañ**** y salimos del hotel y todavía no llegó el agua .

Insalubre aux abords des piscines, la grande piscine présentant de la mousse marron flottant sur l'eau, les serviettes de bain traînent à même le sol et pire des bouteilles plastiques pour un endroit qui se veut écologique, aucune poubelle aux abords de ces espaces publics, le personnel manque d'attention, manque de proactivite et d'efficacité, tu dois compter 1 heure pour être servi un thé en terrasse. La climatisation lâche en pleine nuit et se met en etat 'ERROR', le service de chambre ne daigne pas assister et laisse le client dormir toute la nuit dans la chaleur (c'est inimaginable) pour un établissement qui appartient aux hôtels Accor.. Je reste vraiment choqué du service qui décroît au fil des ans. Le bon côté de cet hotel reste les mets culinaires présentés au buffet (petit-dej, dejeuner et diner). Pour le reste, c'est insatisfaisant pour le rapport qualité-prix. Je le déconseille vivement, il y a mieux a voir ailleurs.

Séjour en couple pour un anniversaire de mariage. Service remarquable, la propreté au rendez-vous vous. Le buffet est EXCEPTIONNEL avec un grand choix au menu. Par contre 6€ la bouteille d’eau minérale (moins d’1€ en France) il faut quand même le faire! L’agencement de 02 lits 01 place pour n’en faire qu’un lit laisse un creux au centre de ce dernier pas très tendre avec les lombaires. Très bon dans l’ensemble.
