The room was quite good, although the process was a bit tortuous. I was satisfied with the budget estimate processed by Ctrip, but the timeliness was not very good. I agree with the final result and hope that the timeliness performance will be improved.

L'hotel est bien, propre. Dommage que la piscine n'etait pas ouverte pour cause de nettoyage. Le room service est nul: le premier soir j'ai attendu 45 minutes. le deuxieme soir le poulet etait sec et vieux, c'etait degueulasse. ils m'ont change le plat et donné des gambas. Effectivement il y avait UNE gambas et 3 têtes!!!! Et 3 crevettes à la place. Le seche cheveux ne marchait pas.
